His lips brushed against the marking spot on my neck, and I almost burst into flames. Convincing him to accept my rejection would be the hardest thing I ever had to do. Madeline is a 17-year-old girl who still hasn't shifted into her wolf. Her father abandoned her mother when she was very young. She has been bullied and laughed at all the time. After she lost her mom, the person who loved her the most, Madeline is completely distraught and broken. Her father comes back to take her back to his pack. Madeline is against it, but her financial situation forces her to go with him. Dimitri is a Lycan wolf, the Alpha of his very successful pack. He is 22 years old, and he still hasn't found his mate. When Madeline arrives at his pack, he is very surprised to discover that she is his mate. He is also frustrated because she is his stepsister who hasn't shifted yet. She can't recognize him as her mate. Madeline struggles in the new pack. She doesn't have the best relationship with her stepmother. She can't wait to turn 18 and leave. What will happen when Madeline finds out who her mate is? What will Dimitri do after she rejects him? Will he be able to convince her to stay? This is book 2 of the story.

don’t waste your money
This third book was awful. The characters didn’t follow through with their personalities it’s like they reverted to idiots. There was a cliffhanger and there isn’t a 4th book. Badly written!
The first book had promise, the second book went downhill and the last book is a complete disappointment .

Intriguing story, but the writing was hard to get through.
I swear the first book wasn’t bad, but it took a turn at book 2 and got progressively worse as I kept reading. The story kept me intrigued, but the writing got so bad I really struggled to continue. There was a lot of typos, a ton of grammatical errors, and names/nicknames and dialogue got repeated so much I could hardly stand it. The characters were flat. There were a couple characters that behaved and said things so similar, they could’ve been the same character with a different name. I thought this was the last book of the series until I got to the end. I won’t be continuing.

Why are Dimitri and Madeline speaking to each other like they are middle aged??? Instead of 18 and 23 year olds. Cant stand how weak and whiny Maddie is, shes suddenly Queen and instantly cant wipe her own ass and constantly crying fuck that

Oh my god I need book 4 NOW !!!!
Right now I'm at a loss for words..... But I can say as much as book 1&2 were good but this one is indescribable..... I can't wait for book 4.

súper disappointed
I feel like I was scammed this last book was messed up it was drawn out only to let you down, it’s so incomplete and there is no mention of a 4 th book, I would of never starting reading this series if I would of known I would. Been left so empty , this book feels like it’s one of those chapters books you pay an arm and a leg for that never comes to an end, I don’t think I will ever read anything for this author again

Long and unnecessary
Book 3 was quiet the disappointment , completely different from 1&2. It was unnecessarily dragged on to pave way for book 4. Not even looking forward to the next one honestly. Nothing new or exciting on this series, just repetition after repetition.
It ends almost the same as book 2. I am completely disappointed.

Major cliffhanger with no follow up coming!
I can’t believe I bought and read three books, thinking that the final book in the series would have an ending, but no! This is the worst cliffhanger ever, with her pregnant and kidnapped, looking out the window and calling for her mate.

I put up with all the bad editing, and name changes, and things that didn’t quite mesh up because I liked the stories, but this is a killer for me.

Good quick read, cliffhanger
I liked that its was a quick and easy read, however, every book ended with a cliffhanger and really could have all been put together as 1 book. I just finished reading the 3 rd book in the series, it ended with another cliffhanger and given the publish dates of the first three it doesn't appear like there is going to be a 4th book in this series. So disappointed

This picks up where the other left off and is continuing, I love the fact that Dimitri is going above and beyond for his mate. I don't like that she doesn't talk or listen to her wolf she probably has information to help. I really am happy for Will and hope Ellie finds someone soon too she is so sweet and protective, I never saw the snatcher coming.

I am so crushed to hear that the author passed away and this is the ending. Death is always difficult and my condolences to her family. 😞
The story line was great. I am not usually drawn to this specific genre. But it hooked me in. I wish there was a completion, but I appreciate the story as well.

Great story, but after 3 books - story just stops with no ending.
Loved the partial story, but where is the ending? Leaves pregnant Lycan Queen in hands of villian - the end. What a giant disappointment and let down. Now afraid to buy anymore books from this author. Does she complete her story lines or do they all just stop without ending?

Finally some development on the story. Dimitri has become more possessive now. And boy, I don't want to be a fly on the wall when his temper has peaked. And again a cliffhanger... So when is the next book going to be out? This has got me hooked so far...

I am enjoying this series, and the world. However, I was left a little wanting in this book. The story didn't really move forward that much.
In saying that, I will still read the next book, as I like the characters and the world.

I hate that this story ended this way. I wish that a continuation will follow with this story. I read that the author passed away so I hope that someone will continue her work and not let all of her work go in vain.

I feel like the second and third book dragged out the ending of the story and this book was written in 2023!!!
So there is no end? No way to know what happens after she gets taken? Dont pay for these books like I did to not even get an ending!! Very disappointed !!!
