Very good title on the different ways a person’s sex life (libido, interest, frequency) can be impacted. I’d say that this book is written primarily for women but everyone can learn from it.

This title is well researched and organized into groupings with the chapters further arranged into small sections. While I personally liked the book, I found it to be a little too “academic” and I fear that it won’t get the readership it was intended for or deserves because of that.

A very enlightening and helpful guide to identifying the circumstances which may affect intimacy in a relationship. Each chapter deals with a different issue which may or may not apply - chapters that don't resonate can be skipped over without affecting the relevance or usefulness of the rest of the book. A must-read for anyone experiencing this issue.

Good and simple information. As we age it is natural due to many root causes, hormones and shifting priorities being two major ones, to have a decreased sex drive. Good communication and empathy are important in longterm relationships.
