I've been looking for a real estate book to give to a young couple as a gift, and I believe I found the perfect one.
All I want to know now is where was this book when my husband and I were selling, and buying our home? It would have made our life so much easier. The author has compiled a robust resource that is easy to follow and more importantly very helpful. He also provides mini case studies that bring his points home. This book takes the mystery out of a complicated process.
