Harry Fuller Atwood, LLB (Chicago School of Law, 1898; LLB, Illinois College of Law, 1898; Ph.D., University of Chicago, 1897) was a lawyer and authority on the United States Constitution. He was a member of the First Illinois Cavalry during the Spanish–American War.

Excellent Book. Unfortunately his life was cut short by cowardly assassins and thus he has only included up through Amendment 19 in the book. But, the information he has provided is excellent.
