Title and Book Description are inaccurate. It could have been an interesting read, but there were too many loose strings and random facts that were never well integrated.

This quickie read has a billionaire firefighter, in between jobs nanny and an adorable 3 year old that come together and build a cute family together.
Not sure the title is entirely accurate as Walker isn't a grump, as much as a reserved (with reasons) single dad, focused on caring for his young daughter and giving back to his community.
When he meets Eliza, he tries to keep a professional distance not only because she's his nanny but also because he feels their 10 year difference is a lot. He's a packaged deal and he feels it wouldn't be fair to tie down Eliza to a ready made family when her background points to bigger and better things than small town living.
I liked both MCs for the most part. I think their sexual relationship happened a little too quickly. There was almost no build up or tension leading to their intimate moments. They both sort of fall into a friends with benefits situation without really coming out and labeling their relationship. It's not until Eliza realizes that Walker is still pretty determined to keep her on the outside and not fully trusting her with his past that things implode.
This was a cute boss/nanny romance but it definitely needed a little for romance leading up to their ILY.

Walker is a single father.he’s a firefighter he needs a nanny to take care of 3 year old Maddy.
Eliza was an assistant of a ceo in big company but because of her mother ilness she resigned.and went back to her childhood place.
Her mother’s friend suggested her a nanny job that is well paid.
On their first meeting it was a love at first sight.
Its an amazing book that I enjoyed reading , If you read this book for sure youre going to love😉
