Asher

Ubiquitor is everywhere crime is!
Problem is, crime is everywhere and Asher Underwood is exhausted. His wife is gone, his boss is overbearing and he's missing out on his kids. Thankfully, his twin brother is on the ball and signs him up for a nanny.

Donovan is a Godsend. He keeps the kids and the house in line. He's also sweet, funny, and very, very attractive. The last one throws Asher for a loop. He's never found a man attractive before--and everything about it is confusing him.

Donovan

A desperate sprint out of Springdale takes Dovovan Domenico out of reach of the Franklins—the family that runs Springdale—and away from the unwanted advances of the brothers, Winston. The mad dash takes him directly into The Alliance Network—TAN.

TAN, an organization that helps heroes, places Donovan with Ubiquitor's unassuming alter ego, Asher. The superhero is desperate for help and incredibly sexy. Trying to resist his new boss, Donovan tosses himself into caring for the kids, the house and finding some romance.

The attraction between Asher and Donovan is too strong to resist. Dangerous and inappropriate, neither of them want to slow down or walk away. But the Franklins are not to be trifled with, and four of the brothers agree Donovan humiliated them.

It's time for a jailbreak and revenge on both Asher and Donovan.

The cover is certainly light hearted, and it's more upbeat than Mash's story by a long shot. Deals with attempted sexual assault, drugging and domestic abuse/entrapment. On its own it's fine, with Mash's book, there is no fixed sense of timing. It's more ah this is before the operation, then this is after work out.

The awakening was fun, as was the kids knowing who their dad was. Learning a bit more about the heroes, Warrior had a big part, and then the teasing with Damocles and Osiris, as well as Betahack. Nice to see the Dark league in action. Less Group N and more a twisted family.

"Hypnotize" (Cape and Cowl Book 3) by S.A. Sommers was a terrific read. I loved Asher and Donovan's story. This story had romance, passion, action, twists, humor, MM romance, entertaining characters, family, superheroes, and more. This was a fantastic addition to this series. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next in this series. I highly recommend it to all fans of romance, MM, action, superheroes, and series.

I loved Donovan and Asher, Asher bumbling his way through finding out who he really is, the kids were great and i loved the introduction of even more Bad Guys and the re-apperance of Asher's "Dead Wife"

Yeah! Bi awakening, smart kids, twisted villains, and a happy ever after with room for more books in the series. Huzzah!

Potential trigger warning: references to SA of one of the MMC (in the past/off screen)

so good

Loved Donovan so much. He is exactly what Asher and the kids needed. Good plot twists. Great characters. I can’t wait for the next book. I need more of Far More City!

Dang it all, I love these books but Sommers needs to stop shooting their narrative in the stomach by doing double plot reveals. It's confusing and weird.
