More like a collection of titbits on positivity and self love collected from the net. It's a good book for teens or even those who aren't much into reading but would like to have a tiny dose of self help.

It’s written by a teenager so maybe I’m not the right audience for this anyway. Maybe a teenager or a young adult will enjoy it.
