Silent Heart by Deborah Adele is book two in the To New Beginnings Trilogy. After reading the first book I couldn’t wait to dive into this one. I really liked the first one a lot so I had high hopes. I’m so happy to say this book exceeded what I was expecting. What a journey I experienced while reading, I felt so much. I related to Ava on such a personal level with the themes of self-love and the pain of loss. This was such an incredibly real type of read; emotional. Deborah Adele does an amazing job tapping into your feelings so you can understand and relate. I was so invested in finding out if Ava and Ben find their slice of peace. This was a beautifully written intense book that I read in one sitting as I had to know. I really enjoyed the different layers that happened in the chapters and the romance was fantastic and so very believable. What a great book and I can’t wait to read the next.

This is my new favorite author. Silent Heart is her second book in this brilliantly written series and it will leave you breathless. Emotional, intense, romantic, and captivating…this story is everything. Ben and Ava are tormented characters with so many layers carefully crafted and explored that I found myself silently praying they get the HEA they so deeply deserve. Their relationship is a wild maze full of grief, vulnerability, self-discovery, and undying love. Real emotions. Real drama. I can’t wait for Book 3!

Omg. This one is better than the first. Ava and Ben's story. Ben loves Ava, but she is so broken from her other relationship, it's hard to trust and love again. Ava is Arya sister. In the beginning Arya and Jacob marries. Ben loves Ava so much he even bought a house close to wear she is.. trust, forgiveness and trusting your heart all wrapped up in this book. 5 stars I loved it.

I enjoyed this story about love, grief, supportive friendships and family, emotional abuse, and misunderstandings.
Ava, a single mother with three daughters, is attempting to rebuild her life after her divorce. She has been dating Ben for the last few months until her ex-husband, Rowan, comes back into her life.
Rowan wants to re-unite with her and their daughters and Ava is drawn into his web, believing he might have changed. She then has doubts about Ben, especially when he seems to have moved on with his exgirlfriend Gabby. But things are not as they appear.
Ava soon realises her need for financial independence and wishes to support her children on her own without needing a man in her life. But once she finds a job that’s always been her passion, tragedy strikes, and Ava needs to build her career over again.
A new opportunity arises for Ava, which leads to a renewed self-confidence and independence. Misunderstandings come to light, and Ava realises the depth of her love for Ben.
The story has a happy ending.
I especially like the crossover with her sister, Arya and Jacob from Book 1 (Silent Grief), and found the story to be entertaining with interesting themes. Well worth the read.

I was so excited to read SILENT HEART, the second book in Deborah Adele’s contemporary romance series. Ava is the younger sister of Arya, who got her happy ending in book one, and in fact as the novel opens, we are days away from Arya’s wedding to Jacob. Things have been hard for Ava over the past ten years. After a bad marriage to her ex, Rowan, she was left broke due to the divorce and prenup terms and now must move in with her mother in order to care for her three daughters. There were so many great moments in SILENT HEART. I loved Arya and Jacob’s wedding ceremony, loved the gorgeous dresses and heels and delicious food. Things quickly heat up between Ava and Ben, but of course exes from both their pasts return to cause trouble. I love a romance with juicy drama and this book had it in spades! Ava has to figure herself out and heal from past trauma before being ready for something new, which I thought is a great message. I also thought the author’s note at the end about making every day count was great too! 5/5 stars.

This book in The New Beginnings Trilogy, Silent Heart Book 2 is just as good, if not better than the first book Silent Grief. The story line revolves around Ava and Ben as they struggle to find peace and happiness with each other, but are kept from true happiness as their past keeps them apart. Ava is trying to find herself and a new life for her and her daughters. Ben is offering this to Ava but again her past and her ex are in the way. Will Ava find herself, believe in happy ever after or continue on the journey of regret.

In Silent Heart, Deborah Adele takes us into the heart and mind of Ava, an insecure woman looking for love in all the wrong places, who tries to connect with Ben, who has his own problems. In this second volume of Ms. Adele’s to New Beginnings Trilogy series, she gives us an insight into the need for personal healing. I recommend Silent Heart for readers who like some hot pepper in romance novels.
