My father (age 51) gave this book to me from one of his work sessions and he really enjoyed it. I thought it was very good foundational work but I have taken a psychology class and I am an anthropologist so none of these were new concepts for me. The bok had an amalgamation of concepts from different religions such as Daoism and Buddhism twisted to create a work-friendly secular text. Very dry, very dull and really should be read with other employees. Definitely a read through it once, take the main pieces and then pass it on to the next needy employee.
