The devotions wisdom along with its Bible verses that Mr. Countryman wrote really Ministered to me and helped provide me with Peace during my personal devotion time. The collection of 60 short thoughts based on select verses is a good supplement for devotions. The thoughts didn't always strike me as profound, but they were good reminders. The writing is very easy--not challenging to understand.

We live in a world where people struggle with just simply being content. The Secret to Complete Contentment: How a Life With Jesus Brings Ultimate Peace by Jack Countryman is filled with 60 bite sized devotions designed to help readers experience peace and contentment. Each chapter starts with a Bible verse that the author further explains and illustrates. Then, a short, but meaningful prayer is offered. I found myself wanting to read just one more chapter which made it difficult for me to put this book down. I really enjoyed this little gem and recommend it anyone looking for the real peace and contentment that only He has to offer.
