Shine Bright Anyway: 90 Affirmations That Declare You Are Enough When the World Says You're Not – The Perfect Inspirational New Year's Resolution Gift for Women
The expectations we feel from others today can make us feel that we are not enough. That we should want more, do more, and be more. Learn to acknowledge your wounds, embrace healing, and shine bright again with these 90 insightful, relatable messages from Faith Broussard Cade.
Faith's hand-penned notes came from a place of trauma and brokenness. Her notes originated from a commitment to healing from a car accident in 2018 that left her with a traumatic brain injury that she still deals with today. It hurts. It slows her down. It makes her feel emotionally vulnerable and overwhelmed some days. But every day she chooses gratitude, love, and hard work. Sharing notes about her struggles on her Instagram account, @fleurdelisspeaks, has helped thousands of others do the same.
In this full-color book she pairs each handwritten note with a longer message to help you:
Overcome the wounds of the past through honesty and humbleness Replace feelings of inadequacy with the truth of your worthiness Prioritize self-care even when life is demanding Celebrate each day with gratitude and appreciation Believe in yourself when others say you can't or that you don't matter
If life has left you feeling you are not enough or you are haunted by past choices, circumstances, or labels, Shine Bright Anyway will give you the encouragement to change your narrative. The expectations you live with today do not have to define you. You are enough.

Shine Bright Anyway is a beautiful, uplifting, and empowering book of 90 affirmations that come directly from the aithor: Faith Broussard Cades heart. Faith was in a car accident in 2018 that left her with a brain injury and she began to fight through the trauma this has caused her life by writing and using daily affirmations to uplift herself and not only help and heal herself but others too. Each affirmation features a detailed message and a photograph of her handwritten note. I found this book spoke from her heart and soul and was a perfect book to read for healing, uplifting, self-worth, daily gratitude, and to help us by looking at the beauty of life around us.
I have followed Faith on Instagram (@fleudelisspeaks) for a while now so I was thrilled to see that she was releasing a book. Very motivational and inspirational, not necessarily self-help-y. Lots of encouragement but not necessarily how-tos. I actually still enjoyed her Instagram post pictures and motivational sayings most of all from the book, but it was good to get a little personal tough one the author and what’s she’s been through, how she has surpassed it, and encouraging us to too!

Faith Broussard Cade is a joy to follow on Instagram. She shares her hard earned wisdom daily. She is an inspiration to many. Sharing her tough journey after an accident derailed her life and she had to learn to pivot on the path of life. She has founds joy and self forgiveness, how to take time for yourself without guilt and how to set healthy boundaries.
Her wisdom is boundless. This 90 day affirmation book shares daily essays and a beautiful photo with one of her affirmations on a card. This is a great book for yourself or to share with a loved one. You will revisit it many times and share the brilliance of Ms. Cade.
I liked a lot how this book presents each affirmation with a little story and an actual photo with the quote written on a card/piece of paper.
While this book is not giving tips and how to dos, it's a very peaceful and perfect way to practice self love in my opinion. If you actually read this book on a period of 90 days, I feel like it really makes a difference. 90 days are enough days to make an impact, but not to many, to make you feel overwhelmed.
Personally, I felt like this book really touched me on a personal level and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to practice self love without feeling like it's a tremendous task or like you are not doing enough. A little goes a long way.

Thank you netgalley for an advanced ARC of this book
Reading this was Interesting but it was also a little book to help people with positive affirmations and also truths to start to evolve to become better.
This book did not teach me tho anything I have read in other books but it is a basic way of showing some personal development, which f0r some people is enough to give them that push forward ... but for people like me I prefer all9t more in pushing me forward.
This book will help people but it was not exactly for me but I appreciate it
This is a really nice book of affirmations and reminders that self-care is important, and that each of us matters more than we believe. I love the pics of affirmations and the longer explanations of what each one means to the author. Her personal experiences make me feel like the author understands my struggles and wants to help me through each one. I will keep this close by, and I'll use it to continue working through the hard times. I think this book will also make a great gift to friends who are going through their own rough times.
This book is beautiful, and was so needed for me. I loved the images, the stories and the glimmers of hope. I love that this is not a one and done book, it can be read again and again. It would also be great for giving to anyone who may be going through some tough times. This is not a super pushy self-help book, which I think is why I loved it so much. It gave me little reminders that I am enough.
This is a beautiful book and I was inspired by each page. The author shares personal stories and her quotes in daily format. I was interested to see how the book came about and checked out her Instagram page for more details. I admire her strength! Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.
