It’s a point of view, the one which will benefit most readers because of how it’s broken down into kind nudges. Positive approach is mostly used casually by every author who claims to be a life coach, but in here you will find so many examples from day to day life that it doesn’t feel too hard to believe.
You will not need a nudge from me to read this book if you’re looking for something that is non preachy but helpful.
It’s not self help book but a book which helps you reflect. Especially if your December is also like mine.
Oh bonus point, it has journal prompts, book recommendations and some TV show which author has used brilliantly to back the theory.

"Wisdom from the Smiling Panda" is a compendium of all the blogs written by the author. Yesterday I picked something from Wilhelm Busch, he says The writing, the writing, should not be exaggerated, it only costs paper. In the similar lines Mr Singh solemnly begins in his notes by putting "Is this book worth the environmental cost", my heart warmed like a baby. Wow. And to answer this, I am leaving this humble piece of review. This was his first book. It always intrigues me to study someone's first work of art. And ah, what's not to like? Although it is a self-help book but lately I have found that every genre could translate into "self-help", that's the whole point of being a reader. Isn't it? Here, the author gracefully threaded his life experiences and personal emotions to the tune of sharing a light in the form of wisdom. I have my blessing to know him personally and to read his reflections of life (so far). Yes, you might find some part very basic but language really helps to hit the bloom button when you have lived something layers deeper and hence these are still quintessential to be pinned to your system. For me, this had been my friend for several mornings, pure positive reminders and a good gift for young days. Thankyou for sharing the lights and the names of your friends(hehe).

It is one of the best books of the year out of all the books I have come across. With smooth narration and humorous writing, the author has nailed every bit of the chapter.
His takeaways from Bhagwat Geeta and the way he explains it with storytelling are impeccable. I haven't come across any translation like this ever, and that's why this part is my favorite. The personal experience right from his visit with Miss Jean made me realize the difference small acts bring about.
The journal prompts are promising, different, and I loved writing and maintaining them. What makes this book stand out is the author's humor and its timing like, "Some superstition is that talking about death will signal it to arrive sooner. Just like the funny and also sad idea that keeping Mahabharata at home will lead to a fight. Damm!
