page turning phenomenal series
OMG this series is just incredible. Book 12 is the usual rollercoaster ride. It makes u laugh and cry and trying to turn each page quickly to see what on earth is going to happen next! You can never predict or preempt anything ! It’s sheer brilliant. I found the author by reading The Burning tree series . It led me to Safe Haven & the end of everything. They’re all epic phenomenal reads that u can’t put down. Highly recommended & the audio books are even better!

You will be glad you read this series.
This series of books are the best zombie apocalyptic stories I have ever read. These is lots of camaraderie, action, laughter and tears. The writer Chris, has a great imagination and keeps his readers wanting more. I love the banter between the Havenites. I tried to read this one slowly as I didn't want it to end, but there was so much happening, I couldn't stop. I would of given more stars of I could.

I would fit right in with the Safe Haven refugees as their luck is like mine, if it wasn't for bad luck they'd have none at all. They thought they had found safety in Glasgow with Griz and his group of hundreds so they certainly weren't expecting the next chain of events that put everyone's lives in peril. How many will be lost and can they escape the hordes to yet again look for a safe place? Artinian has again given us,the reader, a character driven. emotionally charged tale that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat.

I wish it were possible to give more than 5 starts to this book (and the whole series)...it's just that good. The Prologue to the book had me in tears (and wanting to slap the author for messing with my emotions) and the feels just kept coming! The characters in this series and it's companion series, The End of Everything, have become like old friends or family.
The residents of Safe Haven have traveled to Glasgow in hopes of a new lease on life after Olsen's attack on their home. Instead, they are driven from their refuge by an old enemy who sets fire to the Hotel they have claimed as home. But, the horrors don't end there and all of the people living in the area soon find themselves running from disaster as well as the undead.
But, it's not all gloom and doom for the group. There are plenty of scenes full of quips, fun, laughter and love. Not many authors can go from killing zombies to siblings joking around in a normal fashion. There are plenty of tense moments for our friends and some poignant moments of loss and fear. The inclusion of two ladies in the Infirmary who aren't able to leave the impending destruction of their home was especially moving and I found myself in tears.
And, I can't forget the dogs in the series. Once again, they prove to be heroes as well as loving companions during the horrors of a zompoc. I was happy to see the introduction of Daisy as a tribute to the author's own dog, Daisy.
The book is wonderful and the audiobook is even better! The narrator, Kim Bretton, continues to amaze me with her wonderful voices and inflections that truly bring these characters to life. I look forward to the next book in this series which has quickly become my favorite guilty pleasure!

A nightmare comes true.
Just as everything looks good, everything falls apart.
Starting all over once again.
It’s totally behind me how the imagination of the author Christopher Artinian keeps getting better and better, always without repeating only new awesome craziness.
I’m unable to take any breaks whatsoever because the tension keeps building up in an amazing pace, just wanting more and more knowing sadly that it will take waiting for more of the series to come out , still loving every moment of this action packed book.
On this series Kim Bretton needs no introduction with her perfectly and awesome narration of each the characters which seals and complete the audio part of it all !

I know I sound like a broken record but I just can’t say enough good things about this series. The best zombie series out there today. Can’t imagine anyone not loving it. While I’d hate to be a part of this zombie world I’d choose these characters to fight with. Of course I wouldn’t last a day unless they were constantly saving my ass! The first chapter threw me off and made me think I’d missed something so if it does the same to you, know you aren’t alone. I really want Mike and Wren to end up together at some point but I don’t know if that will ever happen.
Christopher do you hear me? Make that happen please!
Kim Bretton is my dream narrator and I love her narrating these books as much as I love the series

not for the faint hearted
well wow! Finally managed to sit down to read this book and relax!
Nearly finished me off after the first two pages, sat in every chair in the house trying to calm myself. Absolutely brilliant if not terror inducing read. from the literal first page your heart is in your mouth. From one near call to another this book is so fast paced you daren’t come up for breath incase you miss something.
I devoured every page and absolutely loved it. The new characters feel like they’ve been there from the start and fit in so well with the others.
Cannot wait for the next book and my fix of Mike.

Audiobook: I was entertained by book 12 of the "Safe Haven" series. Once the audiobook started, I had to listen until the end. It amazed me what continual horrors the author has created for the inhabitants of Safe Haven to face and to overcome. Robyn, Mila, Wren, and Mike continued to be some of my favorite characters. I appreciated some of the new characters. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. Kim Bretton's narration was brilliant, and her performance added to my enjoyment of the story. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

If you like reading while sitting at the edge of your seat, this one is for you. I don't think Christopher Artinian could write a bad book if he tried. But let's not make that a challenge. Just keep rolling out these heart stopping amazing books. I truly hope this series goes on forever. Christopher takes his fan to new heights before jerking the rug out from under us. All in good fun, for him, anyway. If you've never read any of Safe Haven, what are you waiting for?? If you have, then you know how great this book will be.

Christopher Artinian did it again!
Another stellar chapter in the Safe Haven/ End of Everything story. I devoured this book and already can’t wait for the next one. I found myself super emotional in the preface of the book and what that says to me is that these characters have become a part of my life. You want to see them make it, see them succeed. That says something about this incredible author. You knocked it out of the park again!!

Best series ever? No! Best author!!!, wow what a journey!
Held off reading this as long as possible cos I knew I would get through it to quick, it’s so hard to put down, waiting for audio now. It’s another brilliant book with lots of action, was reading to throttle Mr Artinian at the start but realised we wouldn’t be able to read more on our favourite Safe Haven family and friends. If you have never read one of these books and you love zombie books then I highly recommend you read these from End of Everything through to safe Haven, if you like a little different apocalypse than zombies then try The Burning tree which is another superb series by this author. You really do feel connected to the characters whichever you read. Well done again Mr Artinian, I’m still hooked and waiting for book 13 but can’t wait for this to be on Audio first 😉

It seems like a monumental task to outdo the last book, yet Chris manages to do this every single time
All the action and devastation you come to know, and love is on full display with this one

I loved this instalment, it was a real edge of the seat read, non stop action and shocking plot twists. Mike, Emma and Sam show Gris's gang how to survive when everything is on the line, Another first class book and narration from the dream team Christoper Artinian and Kim Bretton, please keep them coming!

Love. This. Series.
This is probably the best, and certainly the longest series I've read. I love the characters and the story. I strongly recommend reading these in the order that the author recommends. Can't wait for the next one!!

Another fan one
Safe Haven War Zone is a great book, with another, well thought out plot twist, that is totally believable. Nice to catch up with familiar characters and the last couple of chapters had me worried. Looking forward to the next book in the series.
