Slow read but good practical advice on the process. A very conservative view of renovations not taking into account better purchasing that deepens the profit. The unimaginative layout did not help but considering the subject, I think the authors were more into "storytelling with facts" as opposed to "this is the way to do it".

A great perspective on house flipping. Providing real life examples from multiple sources with varying success and exit strategies. It opened my eyes and helped me on my journey

Very educational little book for anyone considering getting into real estate investment, especially of the flip variety. I learned a lot. Better editing would have helped make it more readable, but it was informative and full of useful Canadian examples.

Too glib and filled with feel good "stories"
When you want real meat or details they are superficially glossed over and you just know that to get more of this all you need to do is go to one of their seminars which they all to often invite you to...
