Lovely illustrations

This is a rhyming picture book about swords. The illustrations are beautiful, and I learned quite a bit about swords that I never knew before.

*I received this book in exchange for a written review. I LOVED this children’s book; in fact, I’d venture to say that it’s probably the best one that I’ve read in a long time. The clever rhyming pairs nicely with the historical facts about swords in different cultures/ ancient civilizations. The history teacher in me appreciated the seamless addition of these pieces of information along with the accurate illustrations. 10/10 recommend!

Swords through the ages and around the world!

This delightful children's book introduced me to cultures and swords I'd never heard of as well as displaying many more commonly seen. Clever rhymes and exquisitely drawn illustrations make this a "must have" for all ages of aficionados of swords and history.

Very fun children's book about swords. If you have a little one who loves playing with imaginary and toy swords, and can't stop talking about swords, then I think they'd enjoy this fun book.

The illustrations are beautiful. The book showcases several different types of swords from many cultures. And each of these swords have fun rhyming prose to go with it. Sure to delight young readers and sword loving kids and adults!
