Alone he can shield those he loves from his personal battle with Satan, a battle in which he knows he cannot win, yet a battle he still must fight.

Shadow's surging

Mr. Haury's latest addition to his Peter Lucas series is another meticulously well conceived , intensely riveting foray into an all to believable plot that is unfortunately a frequent part of today's headlines.
The interplay of emotions and actions of each of his characters are developed in a manner that is both natural and captivating, drawing his readers into a frenetic desire to keep turning the pages, yet dreading the closing curtain found on the last page.
I am just one of his many readers looking forward to Mr. Haury's next gift to us in his Peter Lucas series.
