This was our first foray into the world of Cows In Action, and even though it’s the ninth instalment in the series it didn’t feel as though we had missed anything. These will be great to read as standalones if our little girl keeps bringing home random ones from the school library! An engaging way of teaching young children about different eras in history, and so action-packed that I felt invested in seeing what was going to happen next.

In this book, the C I A get sent back in time , to the time where a ghostly demon cow is haunting the locals , taking them down , by one .But is everything really as it seems? And is there a bigger (literally bigger) enemy to face , and is the yet a bigger plot going on? Join the C I A agents Pat vine , Angus Mc Moo , and Bo vine to find out!
This book was moo –gnificent story , and I enjoyed it a great deal . Everything was awesome , and I loved the book .
