Thank you to Camaa Pearl and IndieNoir PR for the chance to read this e-ARC and provide my honest opinion.

I am angry at you, Fifi! You constantly let Special belittle you and cage you, and you always cave—you are always the first to give in. Right from the start, the dynamic between you guys was off. You invested too much in this one person who you hold in way too high esteem. Why, Fifi? Why did you let Special do that to you? And my anger is that you didn’t even get to give him a piece of your mind!!! The moment he started misbehaving, you should have dropped the bastard like hot yam. Special was throwing red flags from the moment he was introduced.

Some characters make you hiss, but some, like Fifi and Special, will make you pull your hair out and go crazy—I am not even kidding! Their relationship has been shooting red flags right from day one!!! Like I said in my review of the first book, with unrequited love, dumbness and foolishness are never far behind!!!

I need to see how Fifi’s story turns out. I want to see whether there will be a remarkable turnaround in her character development. I want to know if she will finally be in a healthy relationship where she can be truly loved! So Camaa Pearl, I am invested!!! I need the third book!!!

Thank you once again for the e-ARC.

Habaaa!!!! Kai!!! There are so many thoughts running through my head and it’s so annoying that I can relate to Book 2 😭😭
Book 1 left me with such a high that I was expecting to waltz all through Book 2 into lala land but the rude awakening I’ve gotten has me wanting to fight this author. This book just serves you reality as a cold dish. Here we see the progression of Fifi and Spesh’s relationship. She’s now in Dublin while Spesh is in the UK but they still make things work with their long distance relationship. We see how Fifi struggles with job issues, accommodation problems and school work. One thing I admire about her is how resilient and dogged she is to succeed and it was so sweet when it eventually pays off.
I thought the whole world about Spesh in Book 1 but in this book, we begin to see the cracks in their relationship and it is not a nice sight at all. Do not let people speak to you funny because they have mouths. Know when to stop the disrespect from coming to you.
I just love how this author takes her time to dissect the relationship between Fifi and Spesh. We see the importance of friends and family especially when you’re just going through it.
Relationship issues that stem from insecurity, selfishness, disrespect were such major themes in this book and I lived for it because these are real life issues and there’s no room for delulu here when things are happening in the real world.
To read the end of this book crushed me and had me dumbfounded but this is such a wonderful continuation in this book series and I’m recommending it for real, for real. Enjoy!

I received a review copy of Every Move I Make (EMIM) from Indie Noir PR and Camaa Pearl, and I honestly cannot be grateful enough. I had postponed reading it for the longest time, so finally picking it up felt like perfect timing. EMIM is the second installment in the All of Me series. While it can be read as a standalone, I would still recommend reading the first book for proper context.
This installment follows the story of Fifi as she moves through several defining phases of her life. In the first book, we were introduced to her as the girl hopelessly obsessed with her brother’s best friend, Special. Who names their child Special anyway? Lol. We watched her wrestle with the challenges of being a fresh graduate in Nigeria. In this book, her struggles continue as she decides to pursue further studies abroad, yet remains fixated on her now long-distance boyfriend, Special. And honestly, what is so special about Special? Absolutely nothing. He is obnoxious, manipulative and controlling. If red flags could be measured in yards, his would stretch across an entire field. Fifi stayed blind to all of this for far too long, and it made my skin crawl.
Despite the romance being frustrating enough to make you wish for one magical superpower to knock sense into Fifi, the book shines brightly through its themes. The portrayal of immigrant life is so realistic. It strips away the glossy illusions often painted on social media and shows the truth about living abroad. Watching Fifi navigate these challenges while dealing with her overbearing boyfriend added depth to her story. I also loved the strong family and friendship dynamics throughout the story. If the first book gave me fanny flutters, this one brought a more heartbreaking emotional pull.
The writing style is where the book truly dazzles. It has a fluid, engaging rhythm that carries you along with ease. The relatable lingos and natural flow made reading feel like settling into a fully air conditioned room after hours under a scorching sun. Refreshing is the word.
I cannot wait to read the third and final installment and see how Fifi moves past our not so special Special to find someone who genuinely makes her feel valued. Do I recommend this book? Absolutely.

After all the obsession... Heartbreak... Tsk..
Camaa did something here... Relationship struggles.. yep.
Happy for Fifi growing in her career but sighs.... Full review 👇👇👇

Every Move I Make picks up right where book scattered my head. We follow Fifi as she tries to navigate her new life abroad. New job, new environment, new opportunities, yet this girl still found a way to stress my soul. And honestly, I can’t blame her fully because life was really life-ing her. That loneliness abroad? It will humble anybody. But sometimes Fifi behaves like she’s allergic to peace, and I say that with love.

Special on the other hand… God forbid. This man is still the President of the Gaslighting and Manipulation Association. Long distance exposed him completely. Pride everywhere. Silence everywhere. Miscommunication left, right and centre. At a point I had to ask myself if this man was normal at all because the way he dragged Fifi with words… my chest actually hurt.

And let’s address the scene that annoyed me the most. Fifi begging this man for seggs, and this demon gave her backdoor action then still treated her like rubbish afterwards. I almost entered the book to drag both of them. One for wickedness, one for lack of sense. Then the man had the audacity, the boldness to ask her why she would be earning more than him. Make it make sense, please 😩.

But I love how real this book felt. It’s not just romance. It touches on immigrant struggles, long-distance wahala, the pain of earning more or less than your partner, family expectations, emotional fatigue, and growing into yourself after life has humbled you.
The ending made me so happy for Fifi. She deserved that peace. She needed that peace.
Because there are books that make you want to enter the pages and deliver sense to some people and heavenly punishment to others. This series definitely belongs in that category.

Off to book three before I lose my mind completely.🚶🏼‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️

Thank you to Camaa Pearl and IndieNoir PR for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.
This book broke me in the best way possible. Right from the beginning, Fifi ands special relationship felt so intimate and alive and watching it unravel piece by piece was both painful and beautiful. Camaa Pearl writes with such tenderness and honesty that you don’t just read the story… you feel it.
Fifi’s struggle with relocation, accommodation issues, job hunting, and balancing school felt painfully real. Her growth and strength touched me deeply because it mirrors the reality of so many young women trying to find their footing in a new environment.
Special😏this book exposed him in ways I didn’t expect. It was frustrating, emotional, and eye-opening but incredibly well written. I appreciate the author for not shying away from the uncomfortable parts of love.
The ending left a lump in my throat and I haven’t recovered since.
This book is emotional, raw, and full of heart. I am fully invested.

Every Move I Make by Camaa Pearl, the second book in the All of Me trilogy, beautifully explores Fifi and Speshie’s love story. Their journey was so well developed — emotional, compelling, and impossible to put down.

This book made me feel everything, step by step, and still managed to keep me fully locked in. It beautifully captures the real struggles of long-distance relationships and the emotional challenges of relocation.

I truly enjoyed every moment of their story. The side characters shined too; each one added depth, charm, and meaning to the book.

If I could make one request, it would be this — I really hope there will be a book on Itohan’s love story too! 👀❤️

This was a beautiful read, filled with emotion, and unforgettable characters. I honestly can’t wait for Book 3

This book carried me and dragged me through every single emotion without warning.

I liked the first book in the series but you see this second book? I fell in love! It was so beautiful to witness Fifi’s growth first hand from that slightly awkward university girl with a silly crush on her brother’s best friend to this grown woman in a mature relationship, also trying to make a name for herself.

I love how the author writes on immigration and how difficult it can be to be far from home. I think Fifi’s personality shone through more in this book and I loved that.

I also really enjoyed the pacing of this book. I finished it in less than 24hrs. This was such an interesting read. I absolutely recommend!

Thank you to Camaa Pearl and IndieNoir PR for the free copy!

Thank you, Author Camaa Pearl, for the opportunity to read the Every Move I Make ARC.

Woah… just woah. I’m honestly speechless. Every move I make made me feel a kingdom of aches in my chest. I loved how it took me on a journey of curiosity, anger, and even empathy. One thing that truly stood out for me was Fifi’s growth, how she evolved, how she learned, how she changed.

The portrayal of long distance relationships was so realistic. The struggle felt so real, especially when one person is the one constantly putting in the effort. It's safe to say that this is one of the most realistic slow burn story I've ever read.

Overall, it’s an amazing story. Highly recommended.

As always Camaa Pearl knows how to draw in her readers with characters that are left hedged in their minds. Fifi and Special's love story continues in Book 2 of All of Me series and shows the complexities and intricacies of a long distance relationship plus the effect relocation has on relationships...
I can't wait to see what gradually unfolds and how far they can go in the next book.

This is really beautiful.👍👍

Book 2 of Fifi's journey takes us through her life after Uni, and her challenges with a long-distance relationship.

One thing that is certain about Camaa's books is that you will feel exactly what the author wants you to feel. I read this second instalment at the edge of my seat because I expected where the author carried us to, lol.

Now I cannot wait to jump right into book 3 of the All of Me trilogy.

Nigerian men will stain your white, I love this book Camaa touched most of the issues battling with relationship these days and how some men feel intimidated by their partners. I pray Fifi finds love and she is not stupid in the next book.

Good read

The title of this book should have been Ignoring ALLL The RED Flags. I just kept waiting for the show to hit her in the head when she would say okay this is enough. Then I’m like why the email, let it go!!!
