Dr. Edward Park is a renowned Harvard-trained physician and a pioneer in the clinical application of stem cell exosomes for regenerative medicine. With over a decade of experience in telomerase activation and exosome therapy, Dr. Park has established himself as a leading authority and sought-after speaker in the field of anti-aging science.
Motivated by a personal quest to uncover the root causes of aging and illness, Dr. Park has dedicated his career to harnessing the remarkable potential of telomeres, stem cells, and exosomes. His groundbreaking work has not only transformed his own life but has also empowered countless others to achieve optimal health and longevity through the power of regenerative medicine.
Dr. Park’s impressive academic background includes a BA in biological anthropology from Harvard University, an MD from CUP&S, and an MPH from CU School of Public Health. He completed his internship and residency at Beth Israel Hospital, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. Throughout his career, Dr. Park has shared his expertise through numerous lectures, presentations, and media appearances, captivating audiences with his unique insights on aging and regenerative medicine. He has also developed a comprehensive training course to educate medical professionals on the clinical applications of stem cell exosomes.
Dr. Park resides in Los Angeles, California. As a testament to his pioneering work, Dr. Park himself has been a longtime advocate of telomerase activators and has personally experienced the transformative effects of nanovesicle therapy. He treats patients and trains doctors in five states: California, New York, Florida, Texas, and Hawaii.

The book is so full of required information and wit. However, there are cons too. Let me explore the cons first. 1) the author's presentation in this book is somewhat dependent on the previous books and that gives an impression that we need to read the previous books to fully understand this book. 2) the language is targeting a group of individuals that are well versed with cell biology.
So, common readers like us have little difficulty to understand the concepts. For instance, Malthusian warnings sould be explained in detail to understand the related sentences. 3) the mentions of previous books, graphic novel and other promotional points indicate an advertising nature and reminds me of medical commercialization. Maybe the writer had other intentions but the promotional points beg to differ.
Now the pros. I learned a lot. I learned the advantages and challenges (multiple donor risks) of exosomes. I learned about the realistic promises of exosomes for long healthy life and the 86 years old mom example strongly support the said. The author 's explanations of stem cell and exosomes, good and bad exosomes, gene silencing, Hayflick limit are great. I love the illustrations. I love the little family trends and history ( the use of Japanese dictionary is funny) descriptions. I love the Hindu trimurti comparisons and man and mice section.
However, low frequency of the promotional points would have done better.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I finished this terrible book because I won a copy and because I have issues choosing to dnf. The author explains simple biology taught in med school (or even in college courses) as if he personally discovered it. I understand that parts of the book are written for lay people, but he’s condescending as hell with the way he explains things. Constantly being like “I bet you didn’t understand that last paragraph.” 🙃 Not to mention all the time he spends shilling his treatments. Overall a terrible waste of time; this book made me regret signing up for the giveaway at every moment.
Throughout the book was CONSTANT mentions of the author’s miracle telomerase activator “supplement” with numerous links to his website, YouTube, etc for convenient purchasing. (Despite this novel being about exosomes!)
The rest of the novel was a rambling collection of basic biology, strong (but scientifically unsupported) assertions, and tons of anecdotal stories (but barely any studies or scientific evidence). As a PhD researcher studying cell & molecular biology myself, I cringed at the erroneous or unfounded statements that laid the groundwork for the majority of the book’s claims.
Exosomes are most definitely an understudied & emerging field (and may have some beneficial therapeutic uses), however not enough research has been performed to make these broad & lofty claims that the author has put forth. And they certainly aren’t the cure-all for all the diseases the author promoted (cardiomyopathy, IBS, blindness, infectious disease, injury, aging, nerve damage, facial blindness, etc….)
However, I will give the author credit for his great use of analogies to explain biological systems & processes in a way that a layman can understand.
Overall I was quite disappointed that this novel was marketed as a scientific exploration of exosome therapy, when it was truly a thinly veiled promotion of the author’s miracle cure products & services.
