Just by looking at the book cover, I knew (right there and then) it would be a joy for my niece. As a grown woman, I (personally) could still find dental visits frightening. Let me share one by one what makes this resource book a delight.

First of all, Stacey with her team of illustrators, brilliantly made a friendly, adorable, and loveable character named Toothy. It lifted me just by looking at the cheerful Toothies! It's a quick way to grab the book and get to know it better.

Second, this educational resource opened a new level of playful learning. It has colors, numbers that can be traced, font style changes on words to emphasize, and colorful settings where Toothies could give chuckles before learning to count then write, and finally read. That is a huge point for me to say that this is such an amazing structure. Based on early developmental stages, the teaching approach is effective and on-point.

The illustrations are 100% cute and cheerie. However, as an adult, I'm a little concerned about making Toothies colorful because making them healthy and white is what I would personally want my teeth and kids' teeth to have.

Overall, it excels in so many ways compared to other early learning series books in the market. Highly recommend it for parents, homeschoolers, and every kid who is keen to learn. Reading and writing will forever remain one of the most valuable skills everyone should learn and be available to learn.

As a mama, I'm always excited about books that make brushing teeth more exciting and enjoyable... no matter the age of my kids. There've been a couple of books that I regularly recommend to other parents and this is now on that list.

The art is adorable and there are SO many fun resources/activities for kids. This isn't just a silly tooth story, it's a workbook of goodies! The story content isn't much in and of itself (though I got a kick out of #7). Each number stands alone (as is often the case in concept books) and some of the pages feature teeth but nothing directly related to teeth/mouth hygiene. But what it lacks in story is made up for with the cutie teeth in each image and, again, the incredible amount of learning content.

This is a great book for classrooms as well!

So unique!

This is one of the most unique counting books I have seen. It starts with a fun rhyming story, then continues with questions to engage your child. This is perfect for my two year old, who is not only learning how to count, but is also really interested in brushing her teeth (all the time!) Another win in the Toothy series!

This is a great teaching series for younger children. The toothies are super cute and kids really enjoy them. Niece and nephew (5 and 2) studied this book for a long time. It didn't only teach about teeth and counting, but also cool bonuses like the seasons and continents. There is a lot of information packed in this cute book. It's worth buying for sure!

Ten Happy Toothies is a complete book about dental care for the little ones and their families. Each of the 10 teeth has a page and at the end of the book there is a counting with tooth, counting the fingers, the High-Five rule, and more for learning and color fun.

This book serves a clever, dual purpose: helping little ones to learn numbers and counting, and also introducing them to dental hygiene in a fun and personal way. I wish I had had books like these when I was little; might not have grown up so afraid of the dentist!
