Part of The Billionaire Mafia series each of the series read as a standalone with a dangerous kingpin and the women who captures his attention so please make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love along the way. The ongoing rivalry between the O’Shea and the Marino mafia families has been a constant war trying to mend the bridge or build a bridge between the two families to stop the fighting an arranged marriage is proposed. Luca sexy as all get out son his father the Don has ignored him all his life, but now he wants him to marry the daughter of his enemy when he wants nothing to do with any of it especially marriage and yet when the boss demands something he has no choice but to follow so he is getting married to a girl. Finley is such a sweetheart, but I love that she is feisty doesn’t shy away from standing up for herself so when her brothers propose a fake marriage to none other than their rival to stop all the fighting, she agrees but she isn’t sure about any of it, and she agrees to stay in the fake marriage for only three months. Luca had revenge on his mind didn’t care who he hurt in the process including her, yet he was torn neither of them expected the magnetic pull between them to be so strong and the more they tried to deny it the stronger the pull between them grows and the less his need to humiliate his father through her but with enemies coming at them from every side will he keep her safe, will he protect her, will he get his revenge against his father like he wants, will her hurt her in the process, will they war between their families stop, will she forgive him, be honest with how she feels about him, will he be honest with how he feels about her, and can they find happiness somewhere along the way?

Familia O’Shea este zăpăcită, încăpățânată, curajoasă, iar faptul ca Finley este cea mai mică, îi face pe frații ei să fie super protectori. Finley le ține piept cu brio, atât fraților ei dar mai ales lui Luca. Luca Marino a suferit la rândul lui din cauza tatălui său, iar disprețul acestuia a lăsat urme adânci în suflet, iar apariția lui Finley in viața lui, va aduce multe lucruri bune, îl va face să își reconsidere perspectivele și să dea o șansă fericirii. Dacă recomand? Da, dar să țineți cont ca volumul face parte dintr-o serie, iar dacă vreți să înțelegeți și mai bine amestecul și dinamica celor două familii, să începeți cu volumul 1, nu cu volumul 4, așa cum a făcut subsemnata. 🫣🫣🫣

This story is really predictable. A few things I don't understand is this:
1-How the O'Shea are going to let their only sister (baby sister) marry the enemy. The enemy that has kept one of them prisoner and beaten. They are willing to trust this "horrible" person's son to marry their sister and then they are surprised when things don't work out the way they want. All because they want to bring down their uncle. Apparently there was no other solution but to join forces.
2-They are not "forced" to marry each other but at the same time they are "forced" to get married. Is the craziest thing ever.
3-They fell in love w/in 2-3 wks of knowing each other.
4-Finley and Luca have an argument and she goes out for a walk in at night- knowing perfectly well that her evil uncle is on the loose. Of course he kidnapped her. I stopped at chapter 21 (76%) I just couldn't care less if she is ever freed or if her uncle kills her.

A well written story with outstanding characters which is a great page turner. This story has intrigue, drama, thrills, action as well as sweet steamy romance which has a happily ever after ending.
The woman, in this story, and her family were removed from their family compound and business from her uncle. During this time the uncle has kidnapped some of the family member to torture but they always got free. The woman and her mother now live in a hotel in the city. Besides the uncle who’s an enemy the family who’s a mafia family has a rival family who has also kidnapped and tortured members of the family but they escaped.
The man, in this story, doesn’t stay in one place for very long nor does he do relationships even though he’s starting to feel like there’s something missing in his life. The man hates his father and wants nothing to do with him but he comes home to see his mother and sisters who he loves as well as his brother who his father taught the family business to. The man has a bit of resentment towards his brother but he still loves him.
The two families come together when the woman and the man come together and get married. They’re only to be wed for a few months. They are to get married so the two families can join together to defeat the uncle. When the two first heard about getting married neither one wanted it but they met and they both felt something even though the man told the woman he didn’t want to marry a stranger he winds up changing his mind due to a plan of revenge he has for his father. But during the two weeks that the two are together constantly he starts feeling something for her and starts to change his mind on revenge even though he still wants revenge on his father he doesn’t want to hurt the woman and the woman is starting to feel something for him as well.
The two weeks end and they’re at the church in front of the pastor, the woman can tell that something is wrong with the man but the man goes through with the wedding. They go to the reception but leave early even though his father demands that they stay. When they leave they’re chased but they get away. The man has the driver take them to his car, they call family while they are driven to his car. They decide to not go to the airport but his cabin up north.
The newlyweds get to the cabin and it takes no time for him to give her oral sex then they have sex. They do this on and off until they have to go back, and they also get to know each other better while they are there.
When they get back the father and brothers want a meeting with the man so he leaves his wife at home. A man from the bar comes saying he’s the man’s friend. He tells the woman the truth about what happened at the bar. The woman’s upset and when the man gets back she confronts him. She leaves and goes back to her mom’s place. After a while at her mom’s place she decides she needs some air and goes for a walk where a couple of her uncles guys grab her because the man’s father grabbed his second.
The man calls his brother and they meet at the bar where they talk about the woman and what happened and why it happened. By the time he leaves his brother and goes looking for the woman he knows that he loves her and can’t live without her. He goes in search of her at her mother’s place but she’s not there and that’s when he finds out about her being taken by her brother, the uncle wants to trade her for his second. He drives to his parents home and that’s when he finds out that it’s what his father planned all along and also about his father having the friend go to her. He calls the woman’s brother and sets up a meeting place.
The brother and the man come up with the plan and they do everything they need to and get the second to the brother’s old family compound. They all split up. They find out that she’s tied in the barn with explosives and the man goes to untie her. When she’s finally untied a commotion starts and the barn starts to explode sending the man and the woman flying. The two get caught by some of her uncle and some guys who work for him. They take them to the main home where the woman escapes, she makes her way to her mother’s old room where her father's family dagger is at. The uncle comes after her with a gun but gets through the dagger at her uncle at the last moment where it sticks him in the heart, the uncle gets a shot out before he plummets off the third story balcony to his death. The man comes in taking her to her brothers and they drive off, one brother’s wounded but can still shoot at the two SUVs that are chasing them, they take out both of the SUVs and go back to the city.
The couple go to the hotel where her mom lives and get a room where they make love in the bath tube. The man apologizes to the woman and they both tell one another how much they love each other. They two make love several more times. The whole family meets at the restaurant at the hotel. The woman talked to her mother a couple of days before the restaurant about what was told to her and the mother told her what she needed to know. The second of the uncle ran back to his home country leaving the compound so the woman’s family moved back to their compound. The woman has made an appointment with her doctor to find out if she’s right and that she’s pregnant.
The couple is in love and they leave the restaurant holding hands to go to the place to make love. They go to start their new lives together and now it’s real.

It is now the turn of the O'Shea sister, after the first three stories featuring her brother's finding their wives, I have been looking forward to Finley's story and it didn't dissapoint!

I enjoyed the different premise than all the other books I have previously read featuring an arranged mafia marriage in that while it is a marriage to bring the families together, it is agreed that it would only be temporary for a few months, then annulled - it is nice to have a bit of a different approach.

I do think this book is best read after the others in the series, there is a continuation of storyline and characters that is so much richer having read the other books first, though this book does include enough of the backstory that it could be read as a standalone.

Not wanting to give anything away - the book blurb gives a good indication of the storyline.  The characters are very well written, Finley is sweet and innocent, but also brave and strong and I love her relationship with her protective older brothers and her sisters in law. And one moment I was liking Luca and the next I wanted to throttle him, the first half of the book had me swinging back and forth between those two feelings and on tenderhooks, waiting to see what Luca was ultimately going to do.

There is plenty of steam, action, and uncertainty, keeping you guessing as to what is going to happen next, a most enjoyable read, this is my favourite book in the series.

A very entertaining and enjoyable book in The Billionaire Mafia series. I love Finley's brothers and their family dynamic. Finley is a smart, independent, sassy woman that has been protected by her older brothers but is asked to take one for the family by marrying Luca Marino to conquer a common enemy, her uncle. Fake wedding/fake groom and bride, for a few months until they can unite and destroy the enemy.

What happens between Luca and Finley changes as the story evolves, and becomes something much more than either character thought would happen; they fall in love. Luca and Finley's story is a real love story which can be hard to pull off in this genre. There is plenty of entertaining banter, and characters you can engage with who provide a substantial storyline and plot. The loves scenes between the two characters add plenty of heat to this story. It wasn't an insta-love attraction between our two characters but more of a slow/burn/sizzling attraction that was pitted against a revenge trope. The backdrop of danger, betrayal and revenge add plenty to a story that I enjoyed from beginning to end. There are a few typos, but nothing too obvious.

Its supporting cast of characters are all from previous novels that have their own storys.

Betrayals, revenge and a fake marriage

Arranged by the Mafia is the fourth book in The Billionaire Mafia series. This story is about Finley O'Shea and Luca Morino. Their families have been long time rivals and enemies in the Chicago underworld. When the uncle takes over the O'Shea businesses it is a brokered deal which will be cemented by a marriage between families that will bring the family business back to the rightful heirs. This means that Luca is called back to Chicago to marry Finley. This may be a fake marriage, with a prearranged annulment date, but that does not mean that these two will live happily for the required time. Luca has plans for Finley that as revenge, Finley has plans of her own to take over her family's businesses, her uncle has plans to kill all of his nephews, and Luca's father has his own plans.....so many plans but who will be on top at the end.
This is an interesting story with complex characters. There are a number of secrets, double crossings, violence and more all swirling around the characters. I will say that there were a number of editing and proofreading issues that had me throwing up my hands more than once. But if you can look past these then it is a nice addition to the series, just not as good as the previous books.

This is a great addition to The Billionaire Mafia Series with the 4th story about mending the rivalry between the O'Shea and Marino families to conquer a common enemy with an arranged fake marriage. Luca wants nothing to do with the demand his father the Don is asking of him especially after being ignored his entire life. Finley is a kind heart woman who cares for those around her so when her brothers ask her to join Luca in a fake marriage she’s ready to take the step but with caution. These two are attracted to one another and they find themselves on a bumpy ride. When at the point to get his revenge Cole ends up standing by Finley finding themselves with a chance at a real marriage and love. When Finley’s uncle does the unthinkable Finley, her brothers and Luca join together to end the danger forced on them and to end the the fight against them to discover whose on their side for the right reasons. With family support and love on their side Finley and Lucas get the chance to have what their siblings have, a loving partner. I thoroughly enjoyed this captivating mafia romance story featuring the O’Shea and Marino families. Despite being rivals, an unexpected bond forms through the arranged union of Finley and Luca. Finley, aspiring for a love-marriage, and Luca, indifferent to marrying for the sake of family duty, find themselves entwined in this agreement. Finley reluctantly consents under pressure, while Luca hides his own reasons for accepting.

Surprisingly, Luca discovers that Finley is his ideal match, which complicates his concealed intentions. Their relationship evolves unexpectedly, challenging Luca's real feelings for Finley. The narrative is romantic, with intense chemistry that lead to passionate encounters. While The story concludes beautifully, offering a satisfying happily-ever-after. Overall, it's an excellent read for those who enjoy a blend of romance with enemies-to-lovers, intrigue, and heartwarming endings.

The enemy O’Shea and Marino families are uniting, and to seal the deal, Finley O’Shea and Luca Marino will get married. It’s supposed to be a sham, a marriage in name only. When Finley finds out that Luca tricked her into marrying him, this marriage may be over before it begins, especially when Finley’s life is endangered.

So, I’m a completist, and I had to read this last book in the Billionaire Mafia series, but it was tough going. The story is a good one, but the writing is challenging, and there are some serious flaws. A character who was named Jonathan in three last book is named Harrison in this book. How does that happen? The couple who live in Chicago are said to be near Lake Erie which is not even near Chicago. Things are mentioned that never happened, and it seems like chunks of text are missing. I did enjoy the storyline, but all the mistakes just made it difficult to read.

I can’t recommend this book, but I’m giving it three stars for the story and characters. If you read it, let me know what you think - I’d love to discuss.

Finley has been tucked away for years. She's been told to be a good girl. And as the youngest member of the O'Shea family, her duty is to help make peace with the warring families. That means she has to agree to marry the youngest male member of the Marino family, Luca. Luca has other plans, though. He wants nothing to do with this plan. He hates his father and wants to show him how much he hates him by agreeing to marry Finley then leaving her at the altar.

Plans change the more Luca gets to know and eventually love Finley.

The love between the families grows stronger throughout this book. I love hearing about Finley's brothers and Luca's sisters. It is all of their unions that have brought the families together. For the best. Desmond's twisted love for revenge almost tore both families apart again. Maybe Ava Gray can write the origin story of Desmond, Finley's mother, and Nolan (her father). That has to be a spicy book, too.

I loved it!….4.5 Stars!

Luca is summoned home to Chicago by his father, Matteo Marino, the ruthless Mafia don, to marry Finley O’Shea, daughter of their longtime enemy. The O’Shea compound, legal and illegal businesses were taken over by their greedy uncle Desmond so they needed the Marino alliance to show that together, they’re stronger and more powerful than Desmond. The fake marriage contract was arranged so that within two weeks Luca and Finley will get to know each other and be married. It will be annulled in three months once the O’Sheas take back the control of their home compound and businesses. Easier said than done though. Luca has other plans that involve his revenge against his father Matteo. Ruthless and conniving Matteo has other plans too and greedy Desmond wants to kill every one of his nephews and Finley and wants to be the Mafia ruler. Will Finley and Luca fall in love and ditch the annulment plan? This was good and engaging. I loved it.

OMG! Wow, this book held me from the start,definitely a page turner for me I was so captivated reading about Finley O'Shea, and Luca Marino story. The O'Shea Brother's went to the Marino's for help, Finley told her Brother's that she would help. Luca wants revenge and doesn't care who he hurts, his father wants him to marry the enemy. Finley was told about the meeting, she agreed to do it if it was a pretend that it was only for three months. All they wanted was to live another day. This book had so many twist and turns, action, danger, killings, enemies, anger, revenge, betrayal, secrets, lies, instant attraction, arranged marriage, Mafia, kidnapping, passion, pleasure, lust, and maybe even love.

Scrumptious screams! Ava doesn't hold back, nor take any prisoners with this action-packed, hard-hitting, pulse-racing, adrenaline-pumping, page-flipping, rock-our-world rollercoaster. Crawling through a nightmare teeming with seductive drama, riveting intrigue, alarming danger and spine-tingling suspense, as nail-biting events score. The scenarios are spot-on realistic, using graphic depictions, while strikingly descriptive plots escalate, displaying excellent world-building allure, bringing every scene to life brilliantly. The smouldering magnetic enthrallment and flaming chemistry are off-the-charts, high-octane and fully combustible. Excellent job Ava, thanks for sharing this amazing treat with us.

I loved this whole series and each book just kept getting better and better with the action, suspense and drama. Arranged by the Mafia is a Mafia arranged marriage romance. It captured my attention from chapter one and I couldn’t stop reading until the end. The world Ava Gray created is exciting, original and beautifully written. The characters are complex and had an instant chemistry.

Finley was loyal, devoted and determined. I loved her free spirit and felt bad for her having a sheltered life. Luca was intense, stubborn and broody. I thought he was loyal to those he cared about. I enjoyed watching Finley and Luca’s growth throughout this book.

Luca & Finley's 'marriage'

It's Finley's turn for true love and a HEA which she gets a chance to have with Luca; if only he will give her a chance.

This book is an easy read and it resolves alot of open stories that are throughout the series.

I did like the way that Ava wrote about the scenes and Lucas's tenderness with Finley's innocence. But I would have liked the first time she did 'something' for him to be outlined. Just because he was so clear about everything previously it was a big jump when Finley stated her 'expertise' already.

There better be a final book for Gio only because it did end in Finley asking multiple questions that need to be answered for the series to be complete.

I didn't know that this book is part of a series so I couldn't understand the family dynamics between both Luca & Finley's sides but it was mentioned that Luca's family had one of Finely's brother captive and tortured him. So, I don't know how her side of the family was so casual with this whole marriage with the enemy thing. Luca was an immature idiot who had daddy issues. The blurb made it seem like there's some serious familial politics in this book but Luca decides to hurt Finley all on his own just because his daddy doesn't give him attention lol. He did not grovel and the whole plot was a hazy mess. The writing was sloppy and the story and characters were lackluster. I'm just disappointed tbh.

Another O'Shea and Marino matriage but this time of convenience to join forces to defeat their common enemy. Luca Marino had always felt forgotten by his father and had wanted to get back at him but didn't want to hurt Finlay in the process. Innocent Finlay with her heart on her sleeve has never felt this way before for a guy and there's a possibility of a real marriage with Luca but he is holding something back from her. The plot closes with this book but I am hoping for the eldest and last Marino sibling to get his story. Fun series and read.

Luca comes up with an awful plan for revenge against his father hat will leave his own fiancée Finley as collateral damage. He is really immature about the whole thing—serious daddy issues. I like everyone’s dedication to the alliance and the O’Shea family. Luca really comes through in bad moments once he figures himself out. Finley makes really bad choices that mess some things up, but causes some truths to be revealed—and they are doozies of reveals! I like them all coming together in the end with a bit of exception.

Arranged by the Mafia by Ava Gray is Book 4 of The Billionaire Mafia Series. This is the story of Luca Marino and Finley O’Shea. The O’Shea and Marino family are Rivals who to try to keep the peace have agreed to an arrange marriage. Luca who is the younger son of the Don is being told he has to marry but he hates his father. So Luca has a plan to get revenge towards him with hurting whoever he has too. Finley is a sweet women who has been asked to help the family through marrying the younger son. Finley agrees to do so temperately. But then these two meet and sparks start to fly. Enjoyed their story.

I loved reading this book. I loved the storyline and the characters. Luca and Finley, they were a right pair. They bounced off each other. They had great chemistry and even though it was an arranged marriage, Finley was happy about it but Luca wanted revenge on his father. Now im not telling you what happens, as you can find out for yourself. I will say though that this book was amazing and exciting, i was hooked from the start. They both thought there would be no feelings involved but fate has other ideas. It was such a great book. Recommend.

Luca and Finley were just wow together. Two rivals being thrown together to defeat a madman, only these two have never met, and the ask is huge for both to enter into a fake marriage. Neither expecting what the future holds and the feelings they will have for each other. With enemies around every corner Luca must protect what’s his and now that includes Finley and when Desmond comes knocking it’s going to take a miracle to get out alive. Amazing read. I love this series! Highly recommend it.

Revenge to Danger

Arranged to be married to mend the rift between mafia families Finley and Luca agree to proceed with the arrangement for their own reasons. A revenge plan gets derailed but there are other forces at play that result in twists and turns that will bring Finley and Luca together to protect not only their growing love for each other but their families as well. This was a well written and exciting plot with fantastic characters.

Sloppy and vague showdown

In this third book following the Marino and O'Shea family, it is the turn of Luca and Finley. The feud continues with the addition of an O'Shea uncle entering and causing additional problems within the family.

The story was really over the top unbelievable, but what irritated me was the sloppy showdown near the end. It was as if the author didn't know how to successfully finish the story off and became extremely vague in detail, because the reading of it was excruciatingly unbelievable and ridiculous.

Finley is the youngest of the O'Shea family and the most sheltered and innocent. In order to bring about a truce between the O'Shea and Marino family, she agrees to marry the youngest Marino male. Luca has no plans to marry, he hates his father and plans to leave his arranged bride at the altar.

Once Luca gets to know Finley, he begins to want her for his own. Will he put her over his need to for revenge?

Loved this series. This is the last O’Shea to find love. The O’Shea’s and the Marino’s have been enemies forever. Now Matteo wants the families to overcome their feud and join together to overthrow the O’Shea’s evil uncle who has taken over. He wants his youngest son Luca to marry Finley to show solidarity between the two families. Luca and Finley have an arrangement but they each soon develop an attraction to one another. This is a steamy hot fulfilling romance with an HEA. I wonder if this is the end of the series or will we have Giovanni’s story.

Luca has always been dismissed by his father because his father focused all his energy and time on Luca's older brother. Now his father wants him to marry Finley O'Shea in order to unite the families to defeat a common enemy. Luca agrees to the arranged marriage and he plans on humiliating his father in front of everyone on his wedding day by walking out on the bride and the arranged marriage. It seems Finley will just be collateral damage, but after meeting g and spending time with Finley will Luca be able to walk away?

After the murder of their father and their uncle Desmond betrayal the o'shea's and the matteo join family's to take desmond down .I love how Finley the youngest o'shea and the youngest Luca matter step up . there is also a lot of action in this story so plan to not put this down till the end . Fantastic.
