The People Inside of Us
Baybeeee!!!…I truly was not expecting that beginning, middle or end of this book!!!…The twist and turns this book take you and your emotions on was definitely a ride worth taking!!!…
The part that shocked me the most was the officers/investigator’s husband!!!…
I was intrigued from the start because I thought the husband was deceased based on emotions early on!!!…The mystery only got deeper!!!…
Casper was definitely my friend in this book!!!…He had a plan, he put it in place and it worked til it didn’t!!!…
Overall well written book and the characters were likable!!!…

My Perception:
'Black Widow' brought us a model named Marlowe, who had great grit when caring for certain things. After being raised by an abusive father, she was determined not to let another man get away with hurting a woman, especially after what he had done to her mother.
When it looked like all was going well for Marlowe, she met up with Casper and began to enjoy his company while he did hers. However, what will happen when Casper discovers what Marlowe has been doing to these men?
This will be quite a read. Murder, mystery, and unexpected love are intertwined in this gripping psychological thriller, with twists and turns everywhere. Be ready for a read that will keep you turning the pages as you keep up with this Black Widow, Casper. There is someone else who will come out all front and center, and I will stop here and say wow! However, you must pick up this good read to see who that was, as the author brings it out very well.
The ending will keep one interested in this story, especially how it turns out.

Good storyline
The storyline was good, but something was off for me throughout the whole book. I get Marlowe had a rough past with her dad, but there were barely any supportive facts, besides him putting hands on her mom. Did he kill her mom, did he hurt Marlowe as a child? It just didn't make sense to me, she was killing these me bc of how they treated women, but it still didn't give much of how the women were treated. Then Marlowe 120 pound woman with narcolepsy just killing up ppl, sneaking in houses stealth like solo is just crazy. There was no sparks flying between Marlowe and Casper, kinda seemed forced

Strange Love
This goes to show there’s someone for everyone. I constantly wondered how everything would play out. The characters aren’t typical which made for an interesting read. How things played out for the female character wasn’t truly satisfying, but I’m pleased with the overall ending. The story is similar to the author’s book Fanatic, but Fanatic is my favorite. This story held my attention, yet something was missing and I can’t identify what.

Wow
This was a different read for me and I loved it. The storyline has so many twist and turns. With interesting, likeable characters that have a secret of their own. This author delivers a five star read with drama, secrets, pain, and murder. The way this story played out I never saw coming and was so surprised. I definitely will recommend this book to all of my reading friends.

Over the edge
This read was over the edge with suspense and I love the way that she found love out of everything that she had done. I'm glad that she didn't have to go to prison and she knew that the detective was the one who killed her own husband. Your books are always and I mean always great

Wow!
I really enjoyed this book. It was well written, flowed well and kept my attention. Lots of twists and turns. Two criminals who quickly fall in love was unexpected. I was not expecting the twist with the detective’s husband, but I don’t really blame her for what she did. At least it got the Black Widow off the hook.

Yes!
This is the best book I have read in a long time! I was so in tuned! I love happy endings! Marlowe deserved her happy ending. Casper and Marlowe is my new favorite couple of 2024. I wish there was a part 2 but this love doesn't need one!

Whoa!!
Marlowe was not playing. She was standing completely on business. Only thing I thought where she wss going wrong was how sloppy she wss killing her prey. Casper is the sweetest most understanding man ever. Kismer, I see you b*tch. Well written. Good read.

I listened to Black Widow on Audible. It was included in my subscription. It was ok to me. The Virtual voice wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t my type of hype.
The ending was unexpected. Jade Jones is still one of my favorite and she already know I like the hood shit. lol

This was a great read. From the beginning, you get caught up in what's going on. Stress and family tragedy can take a toll on anyone's soul. I highly recommend this read it will not disappoint you

Expectations
I didn't know what to expect reading this book. It was quite intriguing. Knowing the detective fell down the slippery slope was the kicker. I truly didn't see that coming. Or Casper going to jail. Well done Jade Jones.

Super Cool
I don’t know what I was expecting but I was pleasantly surprised with the story. Even though I love Jade as a story teller normally, I was leery about veering into another genre. However, once I began reading and really got into it, I was able to read the entire book.

Well, Jade got me again! This was a great and quick story. I enjoyed from front to back. I really want to get through her entire catalogue, but I know it will take forever. Her books will take you up, down,& around. They will leave you totally satisfied! Try them for yourself.

This was a really good book. Marlowe's character was different. I never read a book that involved a model that's a serial killer. I enjoyed the twists, turns, and spice.
The investigator and husband had a lot going on that I wasn't ready for. Be prepared for that!
Casper was an enjoyable character, he cared a lot about Marlowe and kept it 100. That one scene scared me for a minute. I thought she was going to get rid of him.
