Man Dokja Kim makes me feel like i failed in life.
I mean look at him 28 years old, He is the protagonist of a fantasy novel, He is saving people's lives, he is overcoming trauma, He is friends with my new book crush Huiwon, he is making werewolves run away with their tail tucked upside their ass.
Look at me nothing special...
In all seriousness though, i really have no idea how the Korean books are like, 30 chapters this volume, from 43 to 72, I have been reading this for ages, how did they even fit all that in just 1 book is beyond me, and just 248 pages?!
Looks can be deceiving though specially when it's one panel long strip like we have in Manwha.
Also i was wondering about the art or science for the spaces between panels, sometimes the white space in between is long, sometimes it's not, there was that scene when he launched an attack on a werewolf, and it was long range, and it felt like the white space was longer at that moment lol
Anyway that Plagiarist girl is actually pretty, i need to dig more into the dates of Dungeon Crawler Carl and this, because the entire Plagiarist arc felt like throwing punches at Dungeon Crawler Carl, at least for me since i read both, and the entire sponsor system of Dungeon Crawler Carl is copy paste from Omniscient Reader's viewpoint.
i am giving this 4 stars this time, because honestly i am not sure about how big this is, It seems like it will go on forever, i like it so much, i ll probably read the webnovel after i finish what's out from the manga, But maybe out streak of five stars is over forever.
There will be other big volumes in the future, so while i look like i am taking forever reading this, i really am not lol

Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint continues the story of Dokja and the group underground fighting to stay alive 🚇 New dangers and scenarios makes this a thrilling read; I wanted to read what would happen asap!💥 I’m still amazed at how beautiful and fitting the artwork is to the story! 🎨✍️ Can’t wait to read what will happen in volume 4.

Happy reading!♥️

Warning: this series is DARK.

I love how the MC is SUCH a BOSS. The Illusion Trap was BRUTAL. It took a couple of re-reads of that scene, but I caught their personal traumas and OOF. That was hard to take.

Warning: hints of sexual assault and parental violence against a young child. It’s subtle, but there.

Lots of violence in this one. Not overly graphic, but enough is shown that you know what happened and it’s absolutely painful death.

I ALMOST feel badly for Mr. Han with the demon impregnation and the Demon King after him…almost. It’s not clear if the demon managed to finish the Alien faux-face hugger action or not before it was attacked, buuuut….lets just say even IF it didn’t finish, it looked REALLY gross and uncomfortable and again, Mr. Han kind of got what he deserved…

4, I am definitely looking forward to the next volume, stars.

The team is starting to come together!
Huiwon’s attribute evolves 🗡️. Dokja calling Junghyeok his best friend 🤣 🤣🤣

Time for me to get back to reading the novel so I can keep up better with the manhwa.

Bro the scenarios are getting crazy like actually. That inho guy was pissing me off so much. LIKE BITCH SHUT UP. The dark sentinel arc of this volume was actually putting me on edge but also dokja is so COOL. I love how his skills are reader centred like fourth wall and bookmark and of course omniscient readers viewpoint 😝. Thank GOD that manager was cursed and probably dead now. He is DISGUSTING. LOVE Jeewon, her powers are so cool. Like the scales of justice..?😝. Yoo joohyuk is so hot to be that much of a bitch😭. Like wtf. That pildu landlord guy better be taken down next volume or ELSE.
The amount of world building and lore that is being explained is also much appreciated. I love the story so far and hope it keeps up whatever its doing that is making is so much fun to read

I am very weirdly obsessed with this series. I don't want to do anything except read it. I am already experiencing withdrawals when I stop, I am scared for when I catch up.

Zbiorowa opinia o tomach 2+:
Główny bohater jest prawdziwie szarą postacią i ja to uwielbiam. Jest gotowy zrobić praktycznie wszystko, by przeżyć.

Omniscient Reader Apparently It's as Long as the Novel "Ways to Survive in a Ruined World" 😮‍💨🤣🤣🤣🤣 Seriously, introducing the plot and the world building takes too long!

Luckily it's getting pretty interesting already.

Dojka, I am so proud of you! You have come such a long way. Became a king, even though you rejected it. A king of a kingless world! And the new antagonist is... a tsundere. Don't know what to think of them yet...

4.5/5 ⭐️ I’m really appreciating the character development of side characters, I kinda wish Solo Leveling had more of that.

Ah, finally! We're back outside!! Freedom!!!

I love the historical king thing even though it honestly gave me a bit of a headache trying to keep track as I was reading the novel. It was much easier reading it in the manhwa, but probably only because I had the knowledge from the novel.

I love the whole king thing, YJH always has the best entrances and peak storytelling all around.
I didn't give this volume a five-star just because I know how good it's going to get in the future.

I wanted to give this five stars JUST for this panel!

Dokja Kim says, 'I read a lot.'

Of course, getting a clean scan of that without bending the book's spine is a pain, much less getting a good photo while trying to hold the book open one-handed. So I looked on Webtoon for a clean copy, and was reminded that THEY use a fan translation, while the print copy legally has to have a paid translator (and also a professional letterer, rather than the haphazardness of fan translating):

Dokja Kim says, 'You just...'
Dokja Kim says, '...have to read a lot.'

I mean, I still kind of want that as a profile pic, MAYBE even enough to get a second copy I could ruin just for a scan? The two-image thing just isn't as nice, even if it's prettier.

Story! I still really dig the whole "cheat of being able to read the future" setting, besides the jokes about the Constellations and their interactions with the main characters as though participants in a streaming chat. It's particularly funny when it spills over into The World After the Fall (though that spoils parts of this... or, the Webtoon comments do, since they note that a name they use there is Dokja Kim's nickname here later on), like a cross-universe running gag.

Or, well... I guess it's same-universe running gag, since it's suggested they're all interconnected like a big superstring.

There are also some interesting twists, too, from not-Dokja's point-of-view. The bit was pretty funny, actually! Also some major points of justice in the form of past villains getting their due.

Absolutely recommended for fans of the series! Newcomers will probably be lost, but that's to be expected with a long-running storyline, vs. a gag series.

Summary:

Kim Dokja has spent the last several years reading a webnovel. That doesn’t make him terribly unique, does it? What’s more interesting is that he’s the only reader of this webnovel - and it’s about to end.

As a reward for being the only reader of this series, he gets an alert, an edge, and a downloaded copy of the series. That in itself shouldn’t have been life-changing if not for what is about to happen to the world…

Review:

The stakes keep getting higher in Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, and the third installment of this series is no exception. Side note: I’ve swapped to reading Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint through Webtoons, so I’m doing my best to keep the chapters in line with the volumes.

The full group is really starting to come together in Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint Vol. 3, as characters begin to circle up around our protagonist (the infamous reader). I’m really enjoying the dynamics and all the twists this is bringing to the forefront.

This volume is not afraid to get violent, and I’m not just talking about humans trying to survive insurmountable odds against monsters. There’s plenty of human-on-human violence, courtesy of desperation and the evil within. It’s obviously quite pointed.

Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint Vol. 3 is a solid addition to the series, and I’m thrilled to continue binge-reading the series.
