This contains lots of examples of leadership, ways of thinking, and perspective from many business and top performance sources that can first help us to shift, and then help shift others to a higher level. It will help you examine your motives, character, drives and beliefs, showing what real leaders do. There's plenty surrounding change and innovation, and how to navigate those waters without getting beached. Reading this will be helpful for anyone in leadership (or aspiring to) in any type of organization, or wanting to build more of a foundation to create your own.
