Moving prose and a compelling premise, but the plot was practically nonexistent.
My favorite characters were all the various finger-like projections and appendages throughout the body. Yum! I found the kidneys, on the other hand, to be overly convoluted structures. Not a fan. But according to chapter 10 we need them I guess.
