A complete book on fitness and nutrition for men. This book is designed to combine cardio, resistance training, and meal planning; mixing these elements together to achieve perfect fitness.

I would recommend reading this book , but not for the fitness program. Rather, to understand that 90% of the work of 'staying fit' is mental. Frank Sepe does a fantastic job of relating this concept.
Since this book has been published, newer and more effective methods have been discovered to achieve the same fitness goals. One example is in the area of 'circuit' based resistance training with the exclusion of the classic cardio types ( treadmills, stair climbers, stationary bikes, etc. )
- good read.
