The big, random section in the middle about aliens felt so strange, and unnecessary. Definitely not my favorite of the Clifford books.

I was hoping for more of Clifford's perspective of Emily Elizabeth, not her narrating. Not a bad story, just not what I wanted.

Beautiful children’s book that’s light spirited and fun. The portion about aliens felt odd and out of place, but honestly it gave us all a good laugh so we’ll take it as a win.

I feel like a Clifford is a staple for a lot of young readers, and we have several. I remember enjoying this as a kid as well. This one, however, is just meh.

Clifford's Best Friend: A Story About Emily Elizabeth is a twist on the original Clifford tales written by Bridwell. In this story, Emily Elizabeth talks about what she does during Cliffords adventures. This is a great story to teach children events in time; how multiple things can be happening at the same time. It can also teach students perspective.

I found this book very good to introduce word for young children. I think it could use be to teach the concept of routines while it promote children's creative develop useing their imagination. It's could be use on different activities for example: in language arts; like drawing, shering, and describing children's daily routines.

While the story says it is about Emily Elizabeth, it still is mostly about Clifford and her interaction with him. Okay story.

This story takes you through the day of Emily Elizabeth a typical little girl. Except she has a big red dog. The text is simple with one to two sentences per page.
