This was a different type of Scooby-Doo mystery. As one of the Scooby-Doo Case Files stories, it has a more raw feel to it, with notes, puzzles and more interaction with the narrator, Velma. It's a fun story, although I recommend it for children who are starting to read chapter books more so than for families reading aloud together.
