Very short chapters that provide a summary of solutions to different topics, eg, why do humans worry, signs of chronic anxiety, anxiety as a habit, GAD, panic attacks, positive uncertainty, etc.

Quick read. Lots of quotes from other resources that simplify or put topics into perspective. Nothing earth-shattering or in-depth.

This is a good one to keep in your back pocket and look back on occasionally, especially after a rough anxiety spike.

Great book to skim through when you’re going through I hard time to help reflect and work through your emotions. Gives you a focus to support you. Goes through all types as well. Little book easy to store in your bag whilst on a move.
