When I first read the premise of this book, I knew it was going to be amazing.
Fake dating? Check.
Pen pal romance? Check.
He falls first? Check.
Some of the best written spicy scenes ever written? You already know it. Check.
Skyla Summers knocked this one out of the park (and somehow managed to top her previous works, no idea how). I’m already planning to give a copy of this book to all my bookish friends… ok. Seriously, what are you doing reading this review when you should be reading this book? GO. And thank me later.

I received this book as my first ever ARC and let me tell you, I read it in a single sitting. I couldn't put it down. Dax and Jordan's story is so sweet. The grovelling is great and their distinct voices are so real. I loved the 'You've Got Mail' vibes. So romantic and swoony. I'm really grateful I got the chance to read this - can't wait for the paperback copy to put on my shelf!!

This was so fun! I will admit though I didn’t read the two previous books. I don’t think it took away from this story though. I am such a sucker for You’ve Got Mail so I knew I wanted to try to snag an ARC of this. I’m so glad I did. There’s so many tropes in this one. Secret identity, fake dating, forced proximity, one bed, trauma bonding, possessive alpha… so many!
Jordan was fun. She was just doing her thing in the world. She seemed to go with the flow even though her world was kind of crashing down around her at first. I loved that she was a badass sexy dancer!
Daxton was great. I loved that he wasn’t clueless and he figured out that she was Jordan right away. I think his intentions were good. But truth always sets you free! lol
I loved Mina as Jordan’s bff. She made me laugh because the girl is 100% ride or die for Jordan. Jordan was in love? Mina cheers her on and loves it. Jordan wants to burn the world down? Mina would hand her the matches, I just know it. It was fun.
This was a cute book. It’s everything it’s advertised to be. I read it one day! So it’s a quick read and a fun time:)

I loved this! It was my first book of Skyla's as they can be read independently but I want to go back and read the others now.
Jordan is a strong girl who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go after it even if she has to deal with some a*holes along the way. Enter Daxton, one of those a*holes, and you've got a recipe for success when he may not be an a*hole after all.
The added secret pen pal was icing on the cake.
The chemistry between the two is undeniable and certainly leads to some delicious spicy scenes. And one that is both hilarious and spicy and made me laugh out loud (it involves 8 things, iykyk).

I have loved every moment and I love that it’s so different from Zac and Mina in the best way. I love the chemistry between them. FDDH has become my favourite out of this series 😍

Before I say anything, I just want to thank Skyla for choosing me as an arc reader and for making such entertaining books !

Since the second book of the series released in was super excited for this one to come out, and when it finally did i couldn't wait to read it.

Even from the second book i knew Jordan's personality and related to her so much but now the similarities just increased

Jordan has an amazing sense of humor, she's sensitive, strong and much more.
And Steel or should i say Dax is the boyfriend we all want, obsessed with jordan (in a good way), loving, and is like a puppy in the body of a strong man.

To be honest even if they have so many qualities there were definitely moments i got angry or disappointed or even cringed with some things they said or did.

But this is something unavoidable with every book and really was hardly noticeable by the writing of this book.

Which I can't do anything but praise !!! This type of writing is also one of my favorite styles, it was detailed with no typos that i could see and also the double pov was amazing (but we already knew that from the other books)

Overall all i can say is that the story was very good, i really liked that the last chapters didn't entirely turn out as i expected and i also loved the way Jordan's and Daxton's relationship turned out even with the heartbreak happening.



So I would definitely recommend this book to someone who wants to read a fake dating , forced proximity (and i can't say more or im spoiling the book) trope but i would also really recommend reading the other 2 books in the series because i really think you would love reading about these couples stories and smiling hard like me whenever i saw them in this book!!

Let me tell you its gonna be a REREAD.
I cant believe after months of waiting I finally got to read this book and it was worth the waiting. I knew this book is going to top the other 2 ( I love those 2 as well). I loved every single page of the story. From the start to the very end it was soo good to read. There wasnt any boring, unnecessary scene. I read it one sitting, couldnt put it down.
So the story:I love it when you can see the process of the MCs getting to know each other and then fall in love and it just makes sense. These two were meant to be 2gether. The tropes were serving, again, everything I want in a book (fake dating, he fell first and harder (shes obsessed 2), penpals).
The author mentioned that this is the spiciest out of 3. And yes it was. I would rate it 3/5🌶️. If you just recently started reading romance/smut books you would find this one 4-5/5🌶️.
The MCs were so loveable characters. They became my fave couple, Daxton embodies everything i would want it man. Funny, smart, passonate, caring, sexy, a sex god, the way he teased Jordan. And Jordan this is the kind of heroine i like to read about. She was perfect to me. I liked that she was confident in the sex departman.
I cant find any flaws in this story, its just perfect. Im looking forward what Skyla will write next time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was a very fun read and i read it so fast in just 2 sittings!! Jordan and Daxton relationship was so beautiful and fun along with other’s cameo (which is my favourite in a book).

Daxton Hawk, a ceo and a billionaire. Just the way he’s giving her his card?? also his dirty talk?? I usually hates it but OHMYGOD. 😮‍💨💗 i think the only thing that frustrated me is how he is taking a long time to tell her the truth. And he deserves what jordan doing to him LOL.

Jordan Hart, a burlesque dancer but also a woman who i actually see myself in it. I honestly understand her so much and when she made him grovel?? YES YES.

This book is the first book that I’ve read from skyla and im enjoying a lot. Thank you so much for not giving up FDDH! Please continue whatever you’re doing <3 much love from me. 💗

Whoa! Fake Dating Daxton Hawk basically held me hostage! I had never read a book by Skyla Summers before, but her smooth and captivating writing style hooked me from page 1 of this book and it definitely made me want to read the other two books of the Celebrity Fake Dating series. Jordan and Daxton's pen pal + fake dating + enemies to friends to lovers romance is quite intense. As a matter of fact, this book is full of as many swoon-worthy moments as difficult ones. It is fun, sweet, and veeeery sexy. At the same time, it also deals with pretty delicate issues such as betrayal, abuse, and family trauma.
And you know what? I think the author did a great job in making it all work. Fake Dating Daxton Hawk got me glued to the page. I basically devoured the book in one sessions! So, yeah, I definitely recommend it!

Argh I bloody knew it!
This book is based on Daxton and Jordan. Who originally begin talking on an anonymous app, they’ve been speaking for over 2 years and have basically been each other’s life lines and love each other but have never met nor shared there true feeling’s for each other 😍

Until the universe decides they will meet but their names aren’t the same and the dots don’t line up straight away. Until Dax realises he has had Jordan in his eye line for the last few months so decides to try to fix everything the only way he could think of which backfires on him the way he knew it would. The universe helps them recover and the epilogue is just them all over ❤️

He stops smoking for her, because she thinks it’s a horrible habit 🫢

This book was BEYOND expectations and I absolutely LOVE this book. I'm so glad Skyla decided to write this book and not leave the series with Fake dating Zac Delavin. Daxton Hawk is literally *Chef's kiss*!!! Fake dating Daxton Hawk is literally my favourite book out of the three for sure and I'm so glad to have been sent an ARC, so Thank you so much Skyla.

I would definitely recommend to anybody. I also loved the inclusion of the other characters from the two books and that there were mentions of how their relationship was going.

Will definitely be rereading soon <3

Awww!

Such a great book! Once again, fantastic character and plot development!!! I would have liked to read Dax's reaction to Jordan's last message to him on Secret Santa. I wish there had been more spice, but what was there was pretty good.
I loved the mentions of Ally and Dan, Arabella and Josh (there's an error in this book that called him by Josh Miles though, instead of Josh Blackwood) from My Favorite Girl, which I already read as there was no mention of reading this book first, which I feel there ought to be. I would have preferred to read this first, then My Favorite Girl (followed by my Favorite Sin, of course). All in all I loved this story!!

I absolutely love this series as a whole. I signed up for an ARC copy of this book based on the authors Instagram post and read the first two first to get a feel. As much as I loved the first two, this one has been my favourite. It's a modern day You've Got Mail with sexy tattooed MCs. Saxton is the right level of annoyingly smug but charming and Jordan's strength when life was getting her down was admirable. Laugh out loud funny, sweet, sexy and moving. Loved this book so much, can't wait to see what else Summers writes.

This was my first time reading a book by Skyla Summers, and though there are two books before this, you can read it as a stand alone. But I totally loved this book and do plan on reading the first two books of the series also! 

I enjoyed the whole fibes this book gave me. The fake dating part was put to page very well and the writer has an very detailed way of writing. It was an easy book to read and before I knew it I was on the last page of the whole thing. The dual-POV made the whole thing even better!

Arc Review: Wow! I loved this book🥰 It had everything, amazing characters( I love Jordan), good spice, a pen pals trope, a rich billionaire and a relatable fmc. I loved the chemistry between Daxton and Jordan. They were so perfect together. But if there is one reason why I would recommend this book, it is the scene when Jordan dances for him and after😏iykyk. Overall, I loved this book and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I love Jordan's personality so much and it somehow completed Daxon's.
To be honest when I read the second book of the series I wasn't sure if I was gonna love Jordan's as much as the others but oh have i been so wrong! I fell in love woth her stroy from the very first page.
I loved the story and loved how they overcame the obstacles

The pen pals trope is one of my favourites and it was so well done, I loved him having someone to vent to.

All around this was so cute, it did have heavier topics but handled them well so it was still light and fluffy and still delicate. I think it may be my favourite of the three??? Hard to pick, excited to see what comes next!

This book was highly anticipated by me for MONTHS and it did not disappoint 🤩 I was so excited to be able to get an ARC because I could not wait until mid-November for this. I read it in one night 😆 You always know you’re going to get the BEST spice when it comes to Skyla’s books and this was no different. I love the fake dating trope and Daxton and Jordan had fantastic chemistry. This is my first time reading a ‘secret pen pals’ type of scenario and I loved seeing that play out when one finds out before the other 🤪 While I think Zac will forever be my number one Skyla man, Daxton of course is a close second. And Jordan is definitely my number one leading lady in this series! If you haven’t read this series, you are seriously missing out!

The premise of this book isn’t bad, but the mmc figures out the truth at 20% which makes the plot seem dragged out, especially the reconciliation at the end.

I think if the fmc found out earlier and we could see more of him winning her back, it would be more gripping.
