My name is Hunner Ricketts aka HR Jones. I'm a registered vet tech (RVT) for the state of Ohio turned housewife and stay-at-home mom. I've had a love for reading since I knew how and a love for writing since I realized authors were just people with ideas who decided to write them down. That is when I'm not chasing after my rambunctious 2 year old. She's usually chasing our cat, Keanu (Reeves), and we're all chasing my soon-to-be husband, Jacob Jones. AKA my motivational powerhouse and biggest cheerleader.
I do my marketing (and editing, cover design, blurbs, etc.) myself and have platforms with my pen name for TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram if you'd like to follow for updates there!

Just Wow!
This story had me captivated from chapter 1! Lilith was so relatable and had so much individual growth! Tynan was just everything a girl dreams of and more! The perfect masked stalker romance, with a sprinkle of suspense! This is truly one of my new favorites and I will now have to have a physical copy to display it in all its glory! 🙌🏻 I can not wait for the next book!!!

This book had me in a choke hold, Tynan and Lillith both made me question everything. This book started out with a bang , and kept flooring it. Unaliving and being the mafia enforcer used to be enough for my guy but then he saw our Lillith and became an obsessed...love sick stalker. He would kill for her. And I was there for it all the way. Highly recommend this book for anyone who loves masked men, alpha men...touch her and die vibes...and just a damn good story! Five stars and instant fan....thank you Ms. Jones for giving me another book boyfriend LOL.

Impeccable, Jaw dropping, Spicy, Stalker romance.
Enjoyed the wild ride of Tynan and Liliths love story, very easy 5 stars to give. The language used throughout the entire book is chefs kiss!

My first book to kick off the New Year and my friend your book nailed it. The spice in this dark romance was on the same level with books like H.D. Carlton's Cat and Mouse series. I even have to venture to say it was even better than H.D. Carlton's series in my opinion. The characters were more relatable, and I just loved how much female empowerment/control "her shadow" gives Lilith. It went some places I was not thinking it would go but I didn't hate it. I enjoyed this book thoroughly and I can't wait to see what's in store for this trilogy. I will be anxiously waiting for the second book in the middle of this year.

Where do I even start, this book was amazing!!! Definitely check TW if needed. I don’t want to give spoilers so I’ll just say this. I found my new dark/possessive, feircley loving book husband!! Loved this book and can’t wait to read more from H.R. Jones!!!!
