Although the model sentences used in this text are often too sophisticated for the average high school student, Killgallon's technique is right on the money. Students are guaranteed to write subordinated, information-rich sentences after working with Killgallon's method.

This would be good for a creative writing class. The structure does not lend itself to direct instruction. I do like the section on punctuation.
