Hirohiko Araki ( 荒木飛呂彦) is a Japanese manga artist. He left school before graduation from Miyagi University of Education.

He enjoys the baseball manga Kyojin No Hoshii (Star of the Giants); the video games Mario Kart and Bomberman; and likes Prince and other African-American singers, as well as jazz, rock, and rap.

He is a recipient the Tezuka Award for manga.

Si bien Jojolion también tenía la estructura de cuatro capítulos por volumen, no se por qué, pero siento tan corto los volúmenes de Jojoland. Pues bien, eso afecta narrativamente en términos prácticos, porque se siente que no se termina mucho por avanzar, pero al mismo tiempo le da agilidad a la editorial de sacar más volúmenes para la colección de Jojos. Ahora, este volumen es importante porque nos presenta la problemática: una piedra volcánica es más importante que un diamante de 6 millones. ¿Por qué? No lo sabemos. ¿Por qué Rohan la tenía? Tampoco lo sabemos, y siento que esa es la gracia de la narrativa, ir con Jodio descubriendo los misterios que conlleva este artefacto misterioso. Todo lo que sigue de los gatos y el reloj es la construcción del universo de Jojoland, un mundo plagado de mafiosos y peligros, por lo que deberán lidiar con más de un problema. Veremos que hacen Jodio y Dragona para enfrentar todos los males que les acechan.

This new crew is a lot of fun together. All of them just absolute idiots. Part 8 had some of that, but it never really felt like a crew. I’m really glad to see a solid crew again like in older parts. Dragona is a standout character for me so far. Everyone’s stands are pretty interesting, though not super powerful. I do think November Rain is kinda bland, at least for now. There’s not really a whole lot Jodio can do with it and it doesn’t seem very powerful. Usagi’s stand on the other hand looks like it’s gonna be another Okuyasu DiU situation, where it’s just absolutely broken but dude is too stupid to realize that

בין הפרק הראשון לפרק האחרון בספר הזה יש הבדל של איזה חמישה חודשים, לכן שוב פעם, תכניו די מעורפלים בשבילי.
תחילת הספר הוא עדיין עם רוהן והסוף של הארק הזה.
אני אהבתי את הארק של רוהן (בעיקר כי זה רוהן אבל עדיין).
הארק עם החתולים ביער היה מבולבל בשבילי.
לא הבנתי כל כך מה מתרחש שם כי זה הרגיש שהציורים היו מבולגנים מדי, לא שחס וחלילה אני אומר משהו על יכולות הציור של אראקי, זה פשוט שג'ודיו רוב הארק היה הפוך אז זה בלבל את הפרספקטיבה.
גם לא אהבתי את הדרך בה הארק נגמר, למרות שמהסוף שלו אפשר ללמוד יותר על האבן שהיא מה שמניע את הסיפור קדימה.
סוף הספר עם חנות השעונים היה חמוד, לא יותר מזה

Con esto confirmo que Leeré JoJoLands como leo One piece, esperando a que un volumen este completo, porque la pelea contra los gatos y el robo del diamante en la casa de Rohan son infinitamente más dinámicos y entrenidod de esta forma, el anime de verdad se beneficio de tener todo junto, porque puede hacer que una pelea de Stand dure un capítulo o dos... y la salida semanal mantiene bien el ritmo, aún así estoy apreciando está parte mucho más de este modo.

Pretty strong start for this part. I'm having quite a lot of fun. I'm hooked.

Kinda funny that it reuses a somewhat similar concept to the "stand" in the Joshu filler arc from Jojolion that had incredible lore and concept but was underutilised. Lots of potential in this "cursed money" kind of stuff imho.

The cat stuff is very Jojo. The vibe is there

Finalmente dopo tempo assisto di nuovo a una battaglia stand sul manga. Partiamo tra l'altro con un bel po' di sangue e violenza scenica. Sono curioso di come Jodio continuerà l'uso di November Rain.
