Gigi—
The gorgeous biker crushed my heart when he left without a word.

⭐️⭐️⭐️

The book was solid, it relaxed me and that's what I wanted. I did not feel any connection between the main characters, the story had potential and could have been even better.

My favorite one so far!

Story: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Trope: second chance, secret pregnancy
Angst: 😱😱1\2
Smexy: 🔥🔥🔥

Absolutely loved this story! It was everything that made me fall in love with Nicole James the first time around and it was extra special because the main characters were both kids from my favorite OG stories ❤. Great story with tons of action and the perfect amount of angst. Great chemistry and lots of hot smexy 🔥🔥. Walked away with a bid ole smile on my face!

I thoroughly enjoyed TJ and Gigi's story! I ended up reading it in one day. There was just enough tension between them to keep you turning pages. TJ was really a good guy. And a side note, while it's not spoiler-ish for TJ and Gigi, but I have to mention the Marcus's proposal. SWOON!

This can totally be read as a stand alone. I jumped in here and was good.

Tj and Gigi meet when he goes to her father's shop for a tattoo. She and he hit it off and decide to hang out together. Things do not go smoothly the next morning. Gigi then goes on a snit and does something that ends up costing her a lot. She needs to be rescued and TJ winds up going to rescue her. This is where Gigi becomes even more of a toddler and I disliked her immensely in this book. She lies, doesn't fess up things when she should, and basically treats TJ badly. Even when the truth comes out about what happened the morning after, she still chooses to be selfish. I am not a fan of characters who continually act self-centered and justify it as being the best for everyone. She really put TJ in some tough spots. I did like how TJ stepped up when it mattered. He didn't hold grudges and tried to do the right thing. It was a good book overall.

My Rating: 4–4.5 stars!

**ARC was generously provided in exchange for my honest.**

Three for three! 🙌 This series gets better and better as more couples join the ranks. I thought Melissa and Billy had one hell of a story, but Gigi and TJ just elevated the entire EDMC second gen! I think, like many others who love the Evil Dead MC initially guessed (and possibly even hoped) that TJ would end up with one of the club’s princesses, but that notion quickly fizzled out for me and I perked up at the idea of Gigi—especially after having discovered she’s the daughter of Jameson, from the Brothers Ink Tattoo series. It was exciting seeing the crossover, and seeing the O’Rourke brothers again just brought a sense of nostalgia.

I wished this book was longer, as it was such a page-turner. I loved the instant attraction and chemistry between Gigi and TJ, but appreciate that it wasn’t such a straight road to their HEA either.

It has some cool MC elements, but it’s definitely more romance focused (which, I don’t mind in the least). Having read quite a few of James’ books over the years—some from different sub-genres, I can tell you now the writing’s always been appealing, and this story’s premise absolutely delivered. It’s told from multiple POVs, yet effortless to follow nonetheless.

There are a few twists and turns— some predictable, some I hadn’t expected, but at the end of the day, it was a romance read I was thoroughly immersed in. I recommend reading EDMC’s Outlaw and Brothers Ink Tattoo’s Jameson, if you haven’t already. It’s not essential but it would be one hell of an in-depth world-building if you do. Not only will you discover the backstories of Gigi’s parents and TJ’s parents, but you’ll also get an insight into the worlds they both grew up in. Although they have a contrasting upbringing, Gigi and TJ have a genuine, organic dynamic between them that I couldn’t get enough of seeing. Their relationship was on the side of the insta-love romance trope with how fast things developed between them, but I honestly didn’t care as they were such likable characters.

I quickly realised each couple’s HEA in this series are more so the beginning of their lives together rather than the end, which I’m more than okay with. It leaves room for imagination, or even expansion if James ever wanted to go back to a couple’s journey.

It’s satisfyingly action-packed with a little bit of suspenseful thrown in. But also tons of spicy sexual content that’ll have your face heating up as you read them. 🤭

I adore the group dynamics amongst the MC. Whenever I read one of James’ MC romances, I’m always grinning at the genuine friendships and brotherhood amongst the cast of characters. The loyalty, the camaraderie, and the banter are ever-present. It totally lightens up the atmosphere.

Although it’s an altogether light-hearted MC romance, it does contain sensitive subject matters than may be triggering or disturbing for some readers. In contains strong violence, kidnapping/ hostage situations, and abuse. It’s intended for readers 18+ only.

All in all, I was left in happy contentment. I’m loving this second gen series, and it’s been amazing seeing the world expand with new couples. It also was a highlight seeing the original MC brothers (albeit older) make an appearance. It can easily be read in one sitting, and will leave you amped up with anticipation for the next one. I’m already counting down the days.

If you like heroic bad-boy bikers, spunky, dreamy heroines, and red-hot hook-ups wrapped up in all kinds of trouble, then add this one to your TBR.

TJ: SINS OF THE FATHER is the third instalment in Nicole James’ contemporary, adult EVIL DEAD MC: SECOND GENERATION erotic, MC romance series-a spin off set in the author’s EVIL DEAD MC world, focusing on the next generation of bikers. This is twenty-three year old, tattoo artist Gigi O’Rourke, and MC member TJ Austin’s story line. TJ is the son of Evil Dead MC president Cole Austin, and his wife Angel. TJ can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from three first person perspectives (TJ, Gigi, Tick) TJ focuses on the acrimonious relationship between our story line couple. Several weeks earlier, Evil Dead MC president Cole Austin, and his brothers took TJ, Billy and Marcus on a run to get their membership tattoos wherein TJ would meet his future in tattoo artist Gigi O’Rourke. A one-night stand ensued in which Gigi believed TJ ghosted, and in the aftermath, our heroine ran away with someone else. Desperate to locate his daughter, Jameson O’Rourke called the Evil Dead MC for help, and TJ would discover that all was not well with the woman with whom he would fall in love. What ensues is the second chance (of a sorts) between Gigi and TJ, and the potential fall-out as the past refuses to let go, taking aim at our story line heroine.

The world building focuses on the search and rescue of Gigi O’Rourke, the secrets that are about to change their lives, and the potential for war with a rival MC.

The relationship between Gigi and TJ begins as a one-night stand in which both believe the other ghosted and ran.TJ thought Gigi may have been the one woman to capture his heart, and Gigi was led to believe that TJ was a biker who used and abused the people in their lives. Gigi’s time with TJ and the Evil Dead MC would prove that everything she was told had been predicated upon a lie, a lie that pulled the couple apart. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate.

We are introduced to Gigi’s father, tattoo artist Jameson O’Rourke, uncles Liam and Max, as well as Billy, Marcus; new recruits Brayden, Rafe and Kyle; and several members of the Evil Dead MC-Cole, Crash, Red Dog, Shades, Green, Wolf, and Jake. The requisite evil has many faces.

TJ: SINS OF THE FATHER is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, misunderstanding and interference, family and friendships, relationships and love. The premise is edgy, captivating and dramatic; the romance is seductive; the characters are determined, dynamic and energetic.

Entertaining next generation read

This is the third book in a next generation series, but I was able to jump in with no problem. Being a next gen series, it had the first generation being an active part. It gave it a family feel, rather than making me feel left out or lacking for not having read the first generation books, which was nice.

This story is about TJ and Gigi who meet and hook up during Sturgis week, him a biker and she a tattoo artist. While they have an immediate connection, they each have different views on how things ended due to someone else’s actions. Each is left upset and a bit hurt, thinking the other blew them off. Unfortunately it also sets the path for some other unfortunate events that ultimately put TJ and the MC in charge of protecting Gigi.

The story was overall entertaining. They are both likable characters, the chemistry is believable, they manage to communicate like adults. TJ is all in, head over heels for her, even before he learns she’s carrying his child. She equally had an attraction to him even if she had to think of protecting their baby first. There’s no forced OW drama, though the conflict is with a guy from another MC that Gigi was unfortunate enough to get very briefly involved with after she thought she was blown off by TJ. There’s no third act break up. There’s a ton of family support, even if hers is a bit overbearing at times.

Editing- a number of spelling errors, misused words (tapped instead of taped, road instead or rode, etc), missing punctuation. Formatting was weird in a few spots. There was a spot where there is a run of back and forth dialogue, and somehow it gets mixed up. Two lines in a row must have been spoken by the same person, but are spaced and quoted like they are spoken by different people. But then that throws the rest of the dialogue off. These things are annoying enough in any read, but in a book written by someone who is not a newbie, it’s doubly annoying as they definitely take me out of the story every time.

There is no easing back on the throttle in "TJ Sins of the Father." The relentless pace and the author's unyielding commitment to delivering a gripping storyline make it nearly impossible to put the book down once you've started. So, buckle up and prepare for a wild ride through the world of TJ and Gigi—a journey filled with passion, danger, and the kind of unpredictability that only Nicole James can provide. This story is undoubtedly a must-read for fans of the series, and it solidifies James's reputation as a maestro of motorcycle club romance.

From the moment TJ and Gigi cross paths, the chemistry between them sparks a flame that refuses to be extinguished. However, true to Nicole James's signature style, the story is anything but straightforward. Twists and turns abound, creating an atmosphere charged with anticipation and excitement. Ms James once again weaved a tale of danger and misunderstandings, ensuring that the reader is kept on the edge of their seat throughout.

Evil Dead MC

This book was amazing as always. I just love the Evil Dead MC. They are suck a loving and caring group of bad a** bikers and family. Having Jameson and his brothers and their family in this book was a plus. I loved reading them books and getting to see what was up with that bunch after years was great. Getting to read T.J's book is just like a full circle moment from getting to read Colt and Angel's story years ago and now reading how that little boy became a man and got patched in as member of his father's MC to getting to read him falling in love and so on has been amazing. Thank you Nicole James for letting us all read your amazing stories please keep them coming I can't wait to see what Harley Jean has going on and the rest of the second generation of the Evil Dead MC world. So if you haven't read this book or any of the others what rock have you been under? Get out from under it and get to reading you are missing out on a wonderful series.

TJ is in Sturgis at the bike rally him and his friends are going to get their club tattoo because they are now fully patch members. That’s when he meet Gigi and want to and learn more about her. There is a attraction. After they hook up something happens that changes their lives. She thinks it didn’t make her think he cared and he thinks she broke it off . But he can’t figure out what he did wrong and she has hook up with someone that isn’t what he first betrayed he’s a monster. When TJ goes to find out what happened he finds he needs to rescue her and then bring her back to keep safe. But she finds out she has a secret she doesn’t know how to tell him. And they still have to deal with the monster. So enjoy the good read!!

TJ: Sins of the Father is book 3 in the Evil Dead MC Second Generation series written by the amazing author Nicole James. This is Gigi O’Rourke, tattoo artist and daughter of famous Tattoo Shop owner Jameson O’Rourke and TJ Austin, son of Evil Dead MC president Cole Austin. Holy molly!! This book had me in its grip from the beginning and didn’t let up.This story has all the feels, and I must say that the heat level was HIGH! An MC romance that had just enough drama, danger, action, many twist and turns, hot chemistry, bit of humor, secrets, family and love to have you enamored from start to finish.

Dead Tattooed

I really enjoyed TJ & Gigi story. I'm happy that finally Brothers Ink and Evil Dead are family. The Sturgis incident really upset me with Liam not knowing what he was actually eavesdropping on with Gigi conversation. Tick and the Devil Kings are a bunch that may be sweet taking to get you in their trap and then truly show their true colors when they have you. TJ and Gigi finally worked everything out with her own tattoo shop only to have Tick run something good, but only for a while. As with all of them the Dead to get the one they love and exact revenge only Dead style.

Misunderstanding leads to an almost disaster

TJ and Gigi had a one night stand at the biker rally , he felt something good about the night . She did to but when the morning came he was gone and she was under the impression that he didn't want her. Her Uncle was the one who tries to put a stop to their relationship.
I love how this story brings the Brothers Ink into the book, Gigi is Jameson's daughter, TJ is Cole's son and when she is kidnapped by a dirty biker they work together to get her back. Its a great story and lots of good things happen in the story. I recommend it to you with a 5 Stars review

MMC/FMC- TJ and Gigi
POV- 1st person dual
Genre- MC Romance
Heat- 🌋🌋🌋 they use the P word
Series? Y
Safety? Y, but when they are apart they aren’t celibate.
Triggers- Domestic violence, violence, explicit erotic content, language
Tropes- One Night Stand, Surprise Pregnancy, Abused Heroine On The Run, Tattoo You
What I thought- I liked the plot and I liked the Motorcycle Club. I wasn’t as hot on the romance as I felt lasted too long, which made the book drag.
I borrowed this book from KU, and I will not be buying a copy. This wasn’t quite a four star book. There was nothing wrong with it, but I didn’t love it.

Awesome! I've volunteered to review this book for United Indie Book Blog. Billy is the second book in the EVIL DEAD MC: SINS OF THE FATHER-SECOND GENERATION series. This is Billy and Melissa's story. It was a long time coming for sure. Melissa was a free spirit and independent. Billy was loyal, dedicated to his friends and family and just trying to do the right thing. Their chemistry was exciting and kinda dangerous. I loved their forbidden love story. OMG the road that they have to take is full of drama, love and club responsibility. I highly recommend this book and author. It's a MUST READ!!!!!! Keep up the amazing work! Can.t wait to read more from this series.

This is the third book in this third generation series, and this is Cole’s son TJ, and sassy tattoo artist Gigi’s story.
TJ and Gigi share a hot one night stand, and she makes it clear it is only gong to happen once, until he comes to her rescue.
This is a well written story which is action packed, with danger, suspense, intrigue, family, friendships, lies, betrayal, secrets, drama, emotions, and love, which leads to an entertaining and steamy addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Amazing

This was so good! If anyone would ask me out of Billy, Marcus and TJ which one is my favorite I could not answer. There is something about the 2nd generation but it pains knowing the others are growing older.
Gigi was such a sweet girl and just perfect for TJ. Her dad, Jamison, so protective of his daughter.
If you have not read the Evil Dead series please start with book one and go all the way through. You will not be disappointed.
Please do yourself a favor and read this book. I believe you will love it!
Thank you!

TJ has met his match in Gigi. They meet up at Sturgis a year later after becoming official Evil Dead members; Gigi does TJ’s new club tattoo. Because of a misunderstanding their chance encounter goes by the wayside. When Gigi gets into some trouble from an old enemy from the club, TJ comes to her rescue. With secrets and misunderstandings standing in their way, they might not get that second chance. Well and they are both very stubborn, too. We see TJ maturity throughout the three books and we also get to see the members of Brothers Ink and Evil dead members.

TJ and Gigi have such a heartfelt beautiful story. They meet and really hit it off. Her uncle hears something wrong and texts TJ to lose her number.
Gigi gets involved with Tuck from a rival MC. She is in trouble and her sister tells TJ to help. He finds her and rescues Gigi. The club takes her in to protect her. She finds out she is having TJ's baby but keeps its secret. TJ wants to give things a shot when her uncles plotting is found out.
Of course the threat if Tick is still there.
The brothers Jamison and all was great to catch up with.
Really love the second generation

Absolutely wonderful book.

Ms. James never fails to amaze me. I am a great fan of her writing genre. I love motorcycles and enjoy peeking into the club life scenarios. I enjoyed Cole Austin. I knew he would have great sons like TJ who would make him proud. I have read the original Evil dead series. Believe me, you would love to met the original guys and their women. Wolf, Wow! Crash, Yes!!, Red Dog... always loved a redhead. I truly enjoyed the O' Rourke family as well. They are in a league of their own. Jameson, Liam, Maxwell and Rory. Highly recomended series.

Really like both of the main characters, as well as all of the supporting characters within this world that I have enjoyed for years. Although, "Uncle Liam" really did get off lightly for the stunt that he pulled.
I like that while Gigi did go through some trauma to bring the angst to the story, I appreciated that it wasn't drawn out and the details were not too gruesome.
A quick, enjoyable book.
Look forward to the next in this second generation.
While I enjoyed this book via Kindle Unlimited, I consider it well worth my time and $. I think you will also.

This is well-written; good dialogue, action, pace, interesting characters but the author lets the plot languish. The whole predictable plot is built on miscommunication, which annoys me, then waiting for the action from Tick. There's a lot of MC club business filler which is easily skimmed over. I got bored with Gigi's attitude toward TJ; the author gives us no reason for why she turns him down; apparently she doesn't even know, just "I can't." I know exactly how this will end. The 'trust in god's plan' sent me to a DNF.

Loved it!

Three series rolled into one fantastic read. Of course this story is TJ’s story, the son of Cole from Evil Dead MC. You remember Cole, the hot President from one of the baddest MC In California.
In Sturges for bike week, the guys head to a pop up tattoo shop owned by no other than Brothers Inc. oh yeah, you remember those hunks. Well TJ has eyes for none other than Gigi, Jamison’s daughter. Oh yeah….. let the fun begin.
Absolutely loved this! If you thought the Evil Dead MC guys were fun just wait until you read the stories of their off spring. 5 stars!

This book shows just how good Nicole James is at drawing you in to the Evil Dead family . This is T J 's book the 3rd of next generation and the one that adds to the family. He gets tattooed by none other than Gigi the daughter of Jameson O'Rourke. This makes for a lot of twist and turns cause T J's family buts in and Gigi's buts in and makes for a great read.

TJ & Gigi

Cole son TJ & Jameson's daughter Gigi have an instant connection the moment they meet. The spend an incredible night together that will change the rest of their lives. My heart broke for her and everything she had gone through before TJ came back into her life. I loved that he shared his story with her and couldn't be happier that they found their happily ever after.

I really loved this book. It was nice to see other characters from other series. I couldn't put book down once started.

I loved TJ and Gigi together, they met before but because of some misunderstanding it takes them a while to be together. They fight everything to stop being hurt, but when they give in its perfect.

I can't wait for more.
