Brother Blood is feeding on the ‘faith’ of the crowd (really, their heightened emotions).
The Titans finally break through to confront Brother Blood.
Unfortunately, the ‘resurrected’ leader has Raven on his side, who he convinces to turn her power against her old friends.
Then as was planned, Nightwing publicly condemns his old team and Mother Mayhem believes it is the right time to be rid of her enemies once and for all…
Fran, after being conflicted on what to do, calls in reinforcements!
That final page is really interesting…
The Titans finally break through to confront Brother Blood.

Things are not looking good, brother blood is back and has been “resurrected”
in front of millions of new followers and is being fueled by all the emotions they are expressing for him. And what’s worse is that he now has Raven and Azrael wrapped around his finger. Last we left off with the main titans group they saw as Arella was dead in the hands of the confessor. Upon seeing this Wally pulled some speed out of himself we haven’t seen in a moment and delivered a 200 mph punch right at the guy. As all the others titans were registering what was happening and taking down the guards, Robin was the only one to realize she was still alive. Her only chance now is Raven, and I can’t help but think it will be the one thing to free Raven as well, so while Robin stays behind to provide medical aid the other titans rush to take on brother blood.
Elsewhere religious and scientific leaders are already trying to call into question the church of blood and why none of them were allowed to witness it. While that’s happening the church of blood is already covering up some of the aspects of the show, such as destroying satellites that could prove they faked the stars moving to resurrect blood.
It fully seems like brother blood has won in one fail swoop. He kept hidden since his “death” and staked all of his cards for this moment and he now has the fan to flame millions of supporters, all of which fuel him. As he is generating support the titans finally make their way to the main cathedral and bust through the wall. Kory is quick to rush to Dick and sees nothing within his eyes as he is under blood’s complete control. But even worse than that, blood is able to turn Raven against the titans. He fills her with thoughts that only he was able to help her purify her souls from darkseid and that the titans left her destroyed after the last battle with Trigon. She starts to fill their minds and turn their own powers against them. The only person it can’t effect is robotman, but using the emotional energy he has built up, blood turned it into a blast of energy that destroyed robotman’s body and sent his head flying.
All of this is being broadcast as Frances look on in horror and disgust in herself for not being powerful enough to help them. As this is all being broadcasted, you can imagine my horror as Wally drags himself up to Raven and rips his mask off so that she can look into his soul and try and get her back, only for blood to blast him away and then everyone else with him. The titans are down and blood is victorious, and using his powers he forces Nightwing to proclaim the titans as wrong and brother blood is good for the world, as such the titans should face excommunication. But Frances isn’t going to sit back and watch this all happen, and using the titans computers she calls in anyone who would listen. Then issues ends with an interesting combo of heroes ready to come to their aid as we see Booster gold, Batman, doctor mid-night (Beth chapel), Skyman, Green Lanterns John Stewart and Katma Tui, and of course Frances herself in costume.
