Honey is a rollercoaster of a read. It is visceral and emotional. You are with Stephanie the whole ride. Nail biting and simultaneously heartbreaking, you feel how Stephanie moves through her story from beginning to end. I can't go into many details without spoilers.
It's a great debut novel. I hope to see more from Ms. Alexander in the future.
