For Estelle, this is a nightmare. Is her writing career really over, just because some woman she barely knows made up a story about her?
But what Estelle doesn't know is this: in the past, something happened that linked her and Margorie's stories forever. As Estelle fights to understand what went wrong, she falls through memories of Christmas 1971— a time when she and the love of her life nearly separated forever. A time when the life of her dreams felt impossible.

What a surprise when Estelle discovers Margorie’s tie to her past.
Thank you to the author for this ARC. This review is my honest opinion.
Book 6 about Estelle Coleman has a wonderful, touching ending. I did however find it difficult to read. To me it was reminiscent of book 5 in that there were secrets hidden in Estelle’s past that she wasn’t even aware of because her husband had never shared interlocking events. The writing is excellent, I just personally don’t enjoy the “heart breaking secrets” that cause pain on their way to exposure. I think I’m going to take a short break from this series but definitely will come back at a later time to finish. 😍
Heart of Christmas is book 6 in the Coleman series by Katie Winters, up next is Estelle Coleman.
Estelle has released a new novel and all is looking great until another writer accuses her of coping her book and is seeking legal action..what happens when it’s discovered that the past is part of the present, sadness, family, and healing during the holiday season…
I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy (ARC) of this book from the author. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
I so loved this book - I was waiting to find out a bit more about Estelle and Roland's relationship and this did not disappoint. I liked the back and forth from present to past and got to really see into Estelle's past and why she values family over everything. The saga of did she or did she not steal her current best selling story was a great way to bring some new characters into the story line. Can't wait for the next book.
A delightful story about family and friends. The struggles, sacrifices, compassion, love, and forgiveness of family and friends needed to survive life. I truly believe the characters are a lot more forgiving than I would be! I love how Katie Winters incorporates the characters of her other series into her new books. Thanks for the great entertainment!
Two top popular romance novelists, one is releasing her Christmas novel and is on tour, the other makes an accusation of plagiarism that the new book is very similar to her book from 5 years prior. Hashtags run rampant, social meds get vicious, fans take sides and the past comes to light with interesting secrets longed buried and hidden coming to light. Quick cozy mystery-lite.
I really enjoyed this lovely story of forgiveness and a family intertwined. The strong love between Estelle and Roland was so beautiful to see and so heartbreaking when they were apart. A holiday story done beautifully by Katie.❤️
Really enjoyed this story. The themes of love and forgiveness weaving through the lives of the Roland, Estelle, and Margorie were beautiful…and maybe that is the Christmas story…the gifts that we can give each other.

It was OK. I had higher expectations being from Katie Winters. I found it difficult to follow and the name of Caitlin's husband has changed between the books which makes it even more difficult to follow.
