I am really loving this series!! I was excited to read Brock's story after meeting him in the first book.
It was the perfect amount of steam and sweetness. But with a little bit of suspense thrown in.

I really enjoy this new series by Paige Michaels ♥️ In the first book, Arion, we meet his best friend Brock 🖤 I’m so glad we’re now getting his story, and seeing things from his POV, pertaining to his own fated mate. I really like Brock’s character. He’s tough on the outside, but all love for his mate on the inside, and he’s extremely protective. Suzette is very sweet and knows the rules of the pack, understands what will happen when she’s claimed, but is very naive of the process because she’s been very sheltered all of her life. I really like her character, too, and I think she’s perfect for Brock. Between her innocence, and his toughness and understanding of pack ways, they are a fantastic fit!! I can’t wait to read the next book in this series 😍

While this isn’t as bad as the first book, it’s still bad.
Suzette gets kidnap on what was basically her wedding day. A guy knocked the guard outside unconscious, chloroformed her mom the. Went upstairs and chloroformed her, walked out of the house with her over his shoulder and no one noticed?
These are werewolf shifters. They said they never smelled him, that’s how he snuck up behind the guard, but no one for suspicious when a man carried an unconscious woman,wearing nothing but a shift, over his shoulder through town? Every neighborhood has a nosy neighbor who sees everything, yet no one saw her being taken?
Brock tracks her to a cafe in an abandoned cave. While there was no smell to track the man, Brock was able to track hers. He took her back to his house and proceeded to integrate her into her new way of life.
Look, I get it. Age play is a thing and people enjoy a wide range of ages. However, these men only care about the very very young age play. It doesn’t matter what the woman wants, just the man.
I’ve only read 2 of these books so far, but so far it holds that the women are nothing more than fuck toys that the MMCs can play dress up with. You don’t want to wear or use diapers? Too bad,he makes you anyway, as that’s what he wants. Rectal thermometer? Get used to it, because he’s going to use it on you daily. Don’t want anal? Too bad. You don’t get a choice, because it isn’t about what you want, but about what he wants.
The FMC gets absolutely no say in anything. She’s used to a very modest way of dressing. He sticks her in a very short, toddler like dress , straps her into a high chair and feeds her while men she’s never met before, including his brother and father, show up and discuss the mysterious man. She begs him for a longer dress or to not be strapped in a high chair while they’re there, and she’s told that they do the same with their wives, so it’s not a big deal. Who cares about her embarrassment and humiliation, right? It just makes her submit more fully to him.
This series is all about stripping what little control the FMC had, which wasn’t much, and forcing her to fully submit to everything the MMC decides. He gives her the choice of either wearing the dress she didn’t like, in front of these men, or to be stripped naked and stand on a corner while they’re there. Sure, she’s got a choice, but it’s not a good one.
I don’t know if I can continue on with the series. The FMC of the third one sounds like an interesting character, but that will be ruined as soon as the MMC had control and forces her to do what he wants.
Oh. That mysterious man? Yeah, the mystery is solved in the last 5-10 pages of the story in an anti-climactic way.
She’s 30 and he’s 37, FYI. He’s had to wait 20 years to claim her because they’re dated mates and she was born with the mark that matches his.
This series is just not it for me. I might try book 3,because I do like the idea of an FMC going blind, but I’m not sure it will be dealt with the way it should. Not like it really matters, because she’ll just be an object to him anyway. Just like the first two FMXs have been.

Brock and his Mate are put through hell, it’s their claiming day and she Suzette has been taken!!
Brock had followed the elder’s advice and still his fated mate had been taken, his brother had been attacked which was impossible as an Alpha Protector he had the most wonderful scent recognition and yet had no inkling of the abductor.
Brock had set off to discover the whereabout of his mate and had found her locked in a filthy kennel in a cave, she like her mother had been chloroformed unconscious but had noticed that her abductor had no scent what-so-ever.
As Brock takes his mate to his home on the montain he is determined that the Protectors will catch who ever her abductor is, Suzette and he are also aware that until she is able to shift, she will not be able to protect herself with any real threat to her past abductor.
They are happy and Brock discovers that his little mate has quite a bite and although she loves her Daddy she is determined to do as much as she is able to help capture the man that spoiled her Claiming Day ceremony, knocked her mother out and frightened others on the mountain.
The Alpha Protectors are all on edge as they are not sure what or who the individual is that has no scent or is able to mask it, they have contacted other tribes as well as any other shifters that may be able to help but have received no response.
Thos is a captivating read and I cannot wait for future books in this wonderful series, this has been captivating reading.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

The promise is good. An alpha daddy dragon shifter? Swoon…
But Brock forced his mate to do things she verbally express she’s not ok with. And the way he’s like “well, too bad, this is how my people are, so you’ll do as I say and you will not resist at all. You can’t say no.” I love a controlling dom, but he forces her just because. Not because she’s into it and consenting this dynamic.
The way she is clearly not comfortable with letting other men see her private parts, but her dom doesn’t care for that, he lets all the world see her intimacy even if she’s saying no. Because that’s his people way… even if it means humiliating the woman he claims to love
Idk, it made me feel like the men see their women as pets, and even though he doesn’t physically share her with others, letting them see her bottom/let them deliberately scent her arousal while she’s writhing with need in his lap.. it just feel like he respects more the other males limits than hers. For example, when she says that wearing revealing clothes and exposing herself to others is a boundary for her, what’s his response?
“If you don’t want to wear this dress, I’ll take it off and you can greet our guests in nothing but panties. Is that what you want?”
What I mean is: it feels like this is his fetish, but she’s not on board with it. If it was something she also liked, I would totally like the book, but it’s just him forcing her into something she’s NOT while she begs him NOT TO.

Brock by Paige Michaels is the second book in the Alpha Daddies series and I was excited to dive back into this world, and the story delivered!
Brock and Suzette were such a sweet pairing! Brock, hyper focused on giving his little mate anything and everything she needs. Suzette having spent her entire life leading up to this, preparing for this, and wanting to do everything right for her mate. Also, her sassy nature continually brought a smile to my face as she navigated new rules, new expectations, and a new way of life.
Learning and adjusting to new customs, overcoming past confusion and coming to terms with accepting a new way of life. With light angst, and liberal chemistry, this story has it all!
We get to see some familiar faces, overcome some new obstacles, meet some intriguing characters, and I can't wait to revisit this world again soon!

Uniquely entertaining.
This one captivates you from the first page. I stayed up way too late because I just couldn't put it down. Events point to an underlying mystery which had me hooked.
Suzette and Brock have a pretty spicy relationship, it is interesting to see how the Alpha Protector over the top dynamic is initiated.
I like that, although the girls are cherished as mates with a younger physical age, they are valued and appreciated for their adult intellectual mind sets.
Each book in this series adds a little more depth to the community as each couple is introduced, allowing for new and varied opinions regarding mysterious occurrences.

This second book in the new series on wolf shifters is a completely stand-alone story on its own, but does bring new drama to the Drydus pack. Brock’s betrothed mate is being stalked by someone in the valley, not only that but someone (some thing?) kidnaps her on the morning of their mating ceremony! Thus begins a fast paced story featuring a mystery interloper, a sweet and loving Daddy/little romance that is erotically charged, and an interesting ending that has both an HEA and a sense of more to come. That’s a lot to build into one story but it flows smoothly and keeps you fully engaged from the first to last page. A wonderful read with lots of heat! 5 Stars

This book had me hooked from the start it's sucked me into the fantasy of the paranormal shifter world, Brock is a Alpha Protector he is also a shifter. Their mate is born with the same birthmark as their Alpha Protector but they cannot show themselves claim them until of age. He had watched over her from a distance then on the day of their wedding she was kidnapped. Will they find her to continue with their mating ritual or not. I found this book hard to put down.

I liked this well done and interesting story. Suzette is a lot stronger than she thought she was. Brock is more overly protective than he expected to be. I enjoyed their growing relationship and how each of them learn to bend for the other. There are lots of hot sexy erotic scenes. This story is full of different elements that make it a real page-turner. All the characters are real and rounded. I received an advanced reader copy and am leaving an honest review. This book is part of a series and I hope that there will be lots more.

Not a book I enjoyed
I love Paranormal books. I love age play books. This is only superficially a paranormal book in that the shifter parts are incidental to the plot. And the age play isn’t ’play’. It comes across as forced, non consensual, and borderline abusive.
I love a series this author co-writes with another author so I read the first story which I hadn’t enjoyed. To give the series an honest try, I read this second book hoping it would be better. It wasn’t. I will not be reading the third book.

it could have been good. really. it could have. the MMC was funny and playful...but that's it. I don't have anything against fated mates, but you cannot tell me there is any love here. even the MFC admits that she was basically raised to obey. OBEY. This all purity culture is only for this man to have a brand new sex toy to play with. Perhaps he cares about her...perhaps, but she is just brainwashed, she cannot make clear decisions when this is the only thing she knows.

Alpha Daddies just might be my new favourite thing! 𝗕𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗞 is the second book of this series and was a sweet, sexy and suspenseful read. Brock and Suzette are fated mates and when the time comes for their bonding ceremony, the unthinkable happens. Watching Brock go all alpha on everybody to protect his mate was super sexy. I enjoyed watching their DD/LG dynamic and couldn’t wait for their story to play out. I’m giving 𝗕𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗞 the judy.ann.loves.books stamp of approval, TBR and Enjoy!

Brock is horrified to discover his Little mate has been drugged and kidnapped. As a wolf shifter this is totally unacceptable and he goes all out to find her. Suzette wakens in a cage in a cold dark cave totally devastated thinking her life is over.
The story of Brock and Suzette is delicate, adventurous, emotional, determined to name a few of the emotions Paige Michaels has woven into this story.
As always I heartily recommend this author and this read.

Paige Michaels does it again. I am loving this new series. Alpha Daddies is different from Paige's other series, but it still has her unique way of weaving the story.

Fated mates, daddy and a mystery of sorts. Brock’s turn for his mate and Suzette is ready for this, just doesn’t start off the way they were expecting. Lots of heat, as you expect from this author, plus a story line that holds your attention. You get to see character met in the first book and new ones that seem pretty interesting. Definitely recommend this one.

The action started right away with this one! I loved how Brock was immediately protective of Suzette. They did things a little backward, but I loved every minute.
Even though Suzette was submissive, I loved how she still stood up for herself if she was really passionate about it.

I really enjoy this world and Brock and Suzette. I thought he was so good with right from the start. I Liked Suzette, she was sweet and a little bit feisty. I love the tattoo connection.

This book is simply outstanding. I really enjoyed the storyline and the characters. It continues along with the first book, and it is awesome. I can't wait to find out what happens next. It is intriguing adn wonderful. I highly recommend it.

I just love these Alph Daddies and Brock just keeps brining it. Love the connection these two have. They are so meant to be. He never stops protecting her, even but he needs to he is. Super cute, super fun and super hot. Happy Reading

Brock and Suzette's story was such an entertaining read. I really enjoyed the plot, the storyline and how the story unfolds. I also enjoyed how Brock went all Alpha daddy when his ladylove was kidnapped and how he left no stone unturned to protect her.

What a turn of events through this story. Threat on his mate, and then she's kidnapped. To a new threat to the area revealed towards the end. I'm excited to see where this series goes!

What an awesome story. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if all couples could treat each other in this way with love and respect. The story was very enjoyable but don’t forget about the other 2 books to go with this story line.
