The book contains a daily devotional. Usually just one or two scriptures with either a story, some questions or thought provoking statements. It’s really good if you want to reflect. Even if you think it’s basic, it may just help you keep a good assessment of where you are with God or you may even find something you could improve on.

I also like that there is additional reading at the end of each days devotion. you don’t need to read it but sometimes it really helps you meditate of the the thought of the day. Good for all; made for pre-teens/teens.
