This one started off with such darkness and intensity. I absolutely couldn't wait to see where Shuler was going to take this one.

Lots is happening in this book a baby is being born, his daughter kidnapped and found by River. River is a vet working and taking care of her siblings when she stumble on Maddie. Exciting book.
