(Book 3.5 but best read as book 1.5)
Take place during the events of Book 1, but best read after book 1 and before book 2.
This is Ven's POV for the events in Book 1, and we see how he got more familiar with Connor. This book fills in all the small gaps in book 1 concerning Ven and Connor, both individually and together. There is also one paragraph/scene of Cobryn and Ven that wasn't in book 1 and we see here as maaaaybe the beginning of Cobryn snacking on Ven too. The smut between the brothers are always 10/10 hot.
Warning for one small sharing scene (BJ and kisses) between Ven and one of Connor's cop roommates. I kinda hope there's a spin-off series for Reece, Levi, and Zack (the roommates) since it seems they have an open relationship or some type of sexual relationship with each other. Hot hot hot.
This made me miss the brothers so much. I hope more books are still coming. Though we waited a while for this one, I'm just glad it came out at all. Thank you!
