if you ever wanted a compendium of texts dedicated to different aspects of sound manipulation, or are just looking for a credible guide to the mathematical basis behind all sorts of techniques to make normal sounds sound weird, accept NO substitute. one of the most interesting books I've ever read. infinite food for thought.
