Every lesson warned against him, but the heart writes its own rules.

Natalia, the personal assistant to one of the most influential Black tech moguls, can’t help but be captivated by his brazen younger brother, Tim, the force behind their security. Every lesson handed down from her mother screams that he’s danger wrapped in charisma. And oh, how he thrives in that knowledge, moving with a confidence that says he’s known many a woman’s touch. For Tim, Natalia’s just another name to add to the long list of beautiful women he’s conquered. He can’t fathom being tied down until Natalia becomes the calm that helps him weather his personal storms.

When an unexpected run-in with Natalia’s ex blurs boundaries, the simmering tension between them bubbles over. With every stolen glance and touch, they plunge deeper into an unexpected intimacy. Natalia has her own dark past to reckon with, but Tim’s shadowy past and unsolved demons loom just as large, challenging a bond neither saw coming.

3.5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

1. Why didn’t y’all warn me Natalia was gon’ piss my off?!!! There’s nothing I hate more than a dislikable FMC and I couldn’t stand Natalia’s azz. 🤬

2. For the majority of the book, Natalia was just unnecessarily difficult and rude. She was constantly judging Tim and makin' wild azz assumptions about him that weren't true. She was totally judging the book by its cover 😒

3. Poor Tim. Natalia had him out here lookin’ like a straight up simp in these literary streets. He went from being a playa from the Himalaya to runnin’ behind her like an amenable little puppy. My boy was down bad. 🙄

4. Tim’s mama was trash. She constantly chose her abusive azz husband over her son (which is the crux of Tim's issues) then, pretends to not understand why he wants nothing to do with his daddy. This man went as far as to drop junior and legally change his last name to his mama’s maiden name and she’s harassin’ him about why he won’t answer his daddy’s phone calls. Mama Sims, please go play in traffic. 🤦🏾‍♀️

5. Brandon nor Porscha held their mama accountable for how she allowed their dad to treat Tim. She chose to live in ignorant bliss and rewrite their family history and they allowed it. But, Tim was just as bad. She acted the way she did because, he never called her out. 😑

6. There was no resolution on page with Tim and his mama. After that shyt she pulled during his last visit with her, that should been enough for him to finally cut her azz off. But, there was no mention of his relationship with his mama after that. She wasn’t even mentioned in the epilogue so, what’s tea?!!! 🧐

7. Why was therapy never brought up?!!! Considering the trauma Natalia and Tim went through, both of them should’ve been sittin’ on somebody’s couch talkin’ out their feelings. 🤦🏾‍♀️

8. #CurrentlyUntitled was a good read. I could’ve easily given this book four stars. but, there was too much that wasn’t fleshed out properly enough for me. But, I’d still recommend adding this book to your TBR. 😊

You ever read a book and the characters just feel good to you? Like something about them as individuals immediately draws you in and you just want them to get whatever it is they want.

That’s how I felt about Natalia and Tim. I could probably write several paragraphs about why I loved this book so much. It was so well written and the chemistry between these two was STELLAR. The sexual tension was *CHEFS KISS* because there were a few times where I was ready to combust.

I think what I loved most about this story was how relatable it was. There was something so incredibly vulnerable about Natalia and her journey. I was rooting for her. I was proud of her. She made me recognize how sometimes as black women we don’t take the time to really sit down and celebrate surviving and upgrading ourselves.

Then you have Tim, who is dealing with his own demons. He had a different kind of vulnerability but it was still present and it absolutely influenced how he handled Natalia. I appreciate him not being on any bs. He meant what he said every single time, and stood on business when he needed to.

If you are looking for a story with two strong characters, dealing with their own demons and transitioning from dislike to love….this is absolutely the book for you. I’ve read Tia before and I can say without a doubt….SHE DID HER BIG ONE!!!

Listen.

I’ve found a new fav, Mrs. Tia Love, you madam are a gifted writer. The way I began reading this midday and found every free moment to continue because I had to see how this worked out.

The way I stopped 15-20% into the story to immediately began searching for the catalog. Because I knew I was definitely reading more.

Listen! It was the smallest details that had me feeling like I knew Natalia and Tim. I could feel their pain, anxiety, the heat when they would banter and flirt. And man the way the kisses were described. Mrs. Love can write write.

It was the poetry for me. Tim was that 🥷🏾. And he never folded. Especially the way he handled her. Never demeaning, always firm and respectful. Even the unexpected, yet expected surprise (*hint the google search*). I fell in love even more with him.

I need more, for sure I need Porscha to find her happily ever after. Please say we’re getting more.

And now I shall read books 1-2 in this series. Because if Tim is serving and he’s baby brother. I can’t imagine how Brandon was coming behind Calliope.

As a reader, sometimes you just know when you’ve found an author who is lethal with the pen. Tia Love is it!

I loved the book, but Natalia was so irritating. Tim was really patient! Homegirl was immature. Even though we learned about her trauma, her energy was exhausting & sometimes toxic.

4.5/5⭐️
- This my first read by this author and I really enjoyed it. It was so sweet loved every second of them falling in love.

- Natalia was used to the finer things in life from a young age. No stranger to being spoiled and speaking her mind. Her past relationship put things into perspective for her and now shes in Seattle finishing grad school. Timothy was so real lol what you see is what you get, no gimmicks involved. Now I'm not saying he doesn't have layers but he never had to lie to get what he wants lol. He's had a hard childhood but came out on the other side. Tim is definitely the alpha male and protector all that stuff that makes a girl feel safe.

- I don't know if she wrote Tim with me in mind but I was smiling and cackling the whole book about this man. No shade to Nat. I loved how Tim was so direct all Nat could do was shut up lol. He wasn't into the screaming matches or indirectness. I really enjoyed them figuring out how they fit into each other's life lol.

- Id recommend definitely enjoyed. Ik this is apart of a series, I didn't read the books prior and still enjoyed it.

***Audiobook Review***

Tia Love has elevated her storytelling again with #CurrentlyUntitled - the third book in the I Can Have It All series, is told from a first-person perspective; the shift from third-person narrative in the previous two installments feeling decidedly more personal for the reader/listener.

Ms. Love let Natalia and Tim reveal their stories with humor, passion, and an authenticity that holds court and readers will enjoy. Wesleigh Siobhan narrates the entirety of the title, doubling back for the male narrative as “Rashad” Siobhan. Ms. Siobhan handles the variety of character voices with consistency and complete believability, making it a fantastic listen for audiophiles.

Highly recommend. 4.5 stars.

I refuse to give the book a 5 because I wanted to choke Natalia too many times. I'm giving it a 4 stars because of Tim alone. Tim was always THAT dude...from the first encounter to the last. He felt something different with Natalia and knew she was it for him. Needless to say, it took a mountain and a mole hill for Natalia to see past her foolishness of thinking Tim was just the 'hired help' and a ladies man. Geez, that girl was aggravating and could run your blood pressure up. I may need a RomCom after this because I just read two aggravating and stubborn female main characters back to back...(the other was Mahogany by Miss Candice). If it wasnt for TIM.....

“A Fiery, Emotionally Layered Love Story You Won’t Want to Put Down”
#Currently Untitled by Tia Love is the kind of book that grabs you from the first page and doesn’t let go—especially if you’ve followed the series and are already invested in the characters. As the third installment in the I Can Have It All series, this book delivers all the passion, pain, and complexity readers crave in a deeply emotional love story.
From the opening chapters, I was immediately pulled back into this world with familiar faces and fresh tension. Natalia and Tim are electric—two people shaped by trauma, desire, and conflicting beliefs about love and success. Tia Love wastes no time peeling back their layers. Tim, in particular, is a standout. A cocky, tortured soul with a traumatic past that includes heartbreaking physical and emotional abuse at the hands of his father, he’s more than just a sexy, confident man—he’s wounded, introspective, and trying to find peace. And the way he communicates his needs? Whew. Top-tier book boyfriend behavior.
Natalia is stunning, smart, and ambitious—determined to create a luxury lifestyle on her own terms, free from the outdated lessons her mother taught about relying on a man for success. But her attraction to Tim throws her carefully laid plans into chaos. Their chemistry is undeniable and often explosive, but what really makes them special is how their relationship evolves. One minute they're trading flirty banter, the next they’re burning up with desire, and before long they’re caught in an emotional game neither wants to lose.
At times, I wanted to shake Natalia—her obsession with status symbols and her tendency to sabotage what could be something real was frustrating, but also very human. She’s flawed, and in her own way, just as layered as Tim. Their dynamic is sexy, messy, and real.
Tim was absolutely the highlight for me. His character arc—from a man carrying the scars of his past to someone capable of giving and receiving love—was beautifully written. He wasn’t just the protective alpha male trope; he had emotional depth, financial independence, and an unwavering ability to express himself. A total standout in Black romance. Honestly, Tim is easily one of my top book beaus of 2025.
The book also doesn’t shy away from real-life complexities: childhood trauma, financial independence, modern femininity, and what it means to heal while learning how to love. And yet, despite the heavy themes, it’s still incredibly swoon-worthy. Tia Love knows how to write desire that leaps off the page—this is the kind of romance that gets into your bones.
If I had any gripe, it would be Natalia’s preoccupation with image—like when she admitted to renting designer clothes. It felt a bit hollow compared to the emotional richness elsewhere in the story. But even then, it made her character more multidimensional.
Bottom line? I adored this book. If you love angsty, steamy romances with depth and heart, #Currently Untitled is a must-read. Every scene between Natalia and Tim had me grinning, sighing, or clutching my Kindle. I wholeheartedly recommend this book—and the entire series. Tia Love is quickly proving herself to be a powerhouse in contemporary Black romance.
📚 Recommended for:
Fans of messy love stories with heat, emotional depth, and unforgettable characters.
💥 Spice Level: Off the charts.
💬 Favorite quote: “You walk like it’s heavy and you talk like it causes problems. I want the data to prove the theory.”
🎵 Vibe check: Jodeci’s “Feenin’” in book form.
Rating: 4.0 stars, rounded up to 4.5 because Tim deserves it.

this was super good and it could’ve been a 5 ⭐️ for me if these two didn’t take so long to get it together lol. the back and forth was soooooo exhausting but i do understand that both of these characters had real trauma they were battling too. natalia’s mom really raised her on some terrible principles that almost had her missing out on a great man fr

I really appreciate how Tim wasn't a simp but also wasn't overbearing in masculine or alpha energy. That was really refreshing. This book had a perfect balance of spice and story. Not one time did I feel like the story was dragging along and not one time did I feel like the amount of spicy interactions were overwhelming. I enjoyed it so much that I can surely see myself rereading this book.

No Title Needed

Tim and Natalia are so layered as individuals. It's no wonder their relationship has more layers than an onion. I love them!
Their vulnerability was so palpable and relatable that I was brought to tears a few times.

Well done, Author Tia Love.

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. I love the love story of Natalia and Tim. Of course I read it backwards, but I’ll dive into book one and two at a later time and I will definitely recommend. The narrator did a really good job in bringing the story forward. 💕💕💕
