All I Want for Christmas is the last book in this wonderful Christmas series from Sylvia. I found this book to be written brilliantly as with all of Sylvia's books her characters are wonderful, the storytelling is off the pages and they feel so real that you believe that you too are there:)
this is Dr. Noah Baker and Dr. Hannah Young's ( yes the blurb calls Noah Noel but in the book I received he was Noah) story, both work in the same hospital and are good friends until they travel to Whitefish for Christmas to stay with his adopted father and his new wife.
I will not give a spoiler, as again Sylvia's books need to be read by all
and I do not want to spoil it for others.
However, I will say that this book brings the other 3 together, and I didn't see that coming:)
Maybe, it's because I have read other books in between these, and got lost. I can 100% guarantee that I will be reading this series again, but next time I will read them without interruption.
I highly recommend this book and the others in the series, one of the best series I have read this year 2023, what a way to end the year:)

This is book 4 of the Coming Home for Christmas series. I highly recommend this book & this series. I couldn't put this book down it kept me interested & turning the page, I couldn't read it fast enough. The characters are terrific. I loved this book. This is the third book that I have read of the series. I need to read the first book in the series. This book is about Dr. Noel Baker & Dr. Hannah Young. They share a deep, unshakable friendship bound by their love for medicine. But the unspoken attraction between them remains a line they're hesitant to cross. Noel goes to visit his adopted father & new stepmother in Whitefish, Montana for Christmas & asks Hannah to pretend to be his partner to protect their friendship. When an unforeseen blizzard in Missoula traps them in a hotel's honeymoon suite, forcing them into four days of close quarters. But Hannah craves more than a mere charade. I wasn't sure what this book had to do with the first three until I read farther into it. I don't want to give too much away.

Let me start by saying as I began reading this book, I was trying to figure out how it fit into the series. With that being said - wait it is an OMG moment.

Noel and Hannah are friends and doctors in Houston, who are headed to his father's for Christmas. Hannah is at a point in her life that she is ready for more and this trip with Noel will let her choose her next path. Noel is scare of taking the next step after seeing his adoptive parents fight because they worked together.

This story is an emotional roller coaster - Noel and Hannah's relationship - passionate, strong and caring. Noel's relationship with his adoptive parents - left him with hard emotions of being with someone. Noel and his birth family - that I will let you find out - I will just say - wow.

A story to give you the warm fuzzy feeling as an entire family comes together for Christmas for the first time meeting a sibling they never knew anything about. Noah always knew he was adopted, but he knew nothing about his real parents. He and his bestfriend, Hannah were headed to Whitefish, Montana from Texas to visit his father and new step-mother, but they got caught in the blizzard having to hold over in Missoula at a hotel in the honeymoon suite. Hannah had made plans of her own for this trip, where she was getting a declaration of commitment from Noah or she was moving back to Oklahoma never to look back. The excitement was building with the blizzard, meeting his new step-mother, and being stuck in the honeymoon suite with Hannah. What was Noah going to do?.

It's a short and steamy, friends-to-lovers, forced-proximity, found family, girl gets her best friend romance. Hannah and Noah are both doctors and good friends. Both have feelings for each other, but Noah is scared to be more than friends due to his adoptive parents' hard marriage. They are traveling home for Christmas to meet Noah's new stepmother. They end up snowed-in for four days and stay in the honeymoon suite. Finally, feelings are confronted, and it gets hot and S-T-E-A-M-Y!! The couple had insane chemistry, and we got the best HEA after all the drama. I really enjoyed this entire series and am sad it over. I loved it!!.

In this book there is Dr. Noah and Dr. Hannah who have been friends and worked together for years so when Noah ask Hannah to go home with him for Christmas she agrees thinking she has loved for him for years and now she wants her HEA and if he wants to stay in the friend zone she is moving on. Noah watched his adoptive parents who were doctors as they faught for years and he never wanted his spouse to be a doctor like him so he enjoys being stuck in a snowstorm but when Hannah wants to marry he made a terrible mistake and turns her away. As it turns out he got the girl back and finds his real family while delivering his niece and nephew where he meets his real mom.

This is the 4th book in the series, it is Noah and Hannah's story.

They are best friends from college, both are junior doctors, they are attracted to each other but never made the move on each other. Noah has issues with dating a fellow medic after his parents marriage problems.
When they go to visit Noah's father and new step mother, they get stuck in a snow storm and Hannah decides to use this as her chance to make Noah see her as more than a friend. But can he get over his relationship issues before he looses Hannah for good.
You also find out what the secret announcement from the previous books was about.

Noah and Hannah are best friends and work together as ER doctors in a hospital in Houston. They are visiting Noah’s father to meet his new wife. A terrible snowstorm leaves them stranded in a hotel as they can’t drive the rest of the way because the roads are closed.
At the beginning, I thought it was just another book with too many sex scenes for a short book. It was strange because I had read other books by this author, and I knew I liked her stories. In the end, she didn’t disappoint me at all.
I liked what Noah found and how the story ended.

My heart broke at times reading this, Noah had been through so much as a child that it impacted who he was as an adult, thankfully he had good support from his Dad who helped him to see things clearer. Hannah and Noah together seemed right to me and I was glad to see them get their HEA, that Noah got his answers and I got to find out why the sisters had been called home that Christmas.

Great ending to this series, loved how all these stories played well into each other and the big news the parents had to reveal did not disappoint. I liked how the whole backstory is given which explains all and a lot of the reservations held by the main character. Loved the big ending to celebrate Christmas as a family.

I tried to push through this book and got about 80% of the way through, but there were too many inaccurate details and inconsistencies. It got under my skin too much to keep reading. I also really disliked the (inaccurate and disrespectful) way that mental health was discussed. There were also a few issues with punctuation, such as missing commas.

Noah and Hannah have been friends for a very long time. These two talk about everything. Except Hannah has never told Noah that she is madly in love with him. So when Noah ask Hannah to go home with him and pretend to be his partner, she’s hoping that things will turn real. Hannah may get her wish when they are stranded by a snowstorm for a couple of days. Will Noah finally see her as a woman he could love or will the friendship be ruined forever. Fast paced, spicy Christmas novella.

This is a heartwarming holiday romance. It is a short and quick read with forced proximity. The story is about Dr. Noel and Dr. Hannah. These two are friends that become more. I enjoyed how their story develops. It is pretty much instant love and is sweet and passionate.

I have read two of the books in this series and it definitely is different from a lot of her books. We spend three days with Noel and Hannah who have gone through college, then med school and then are working at the same hospital as doctors in different fields.
Hannah has a secret, she has been in love with Noel for as long as she has known him but has just been looked at as his best friends. He can talk to her about anything, girls, dates, dreams and wishes and Hannah listens. But a perfect opportunity arises when Noel asks her to accompany him to his fathers for Christmas.
Well who says Christmas wishes don't come true. They are sidelined by a sever winter storm for three days but let me tell you something...with the heat coming out of their shared room I don't believe there was any snow left within a hundred miles of them.
Great book, more steaming than used to but come on it's winter and we are all needed a little extra heat right now.
Sylvia is a great writer and you will totally enjoy how this book plays out and what happens at the end. It is an easy read and one that you will enjoy wrapped in a blanket in your favorite chair.
