A collection of more than 150 Seafood Recipes using various cooking techniques along with a history of Fulton's Seafood Market and guide to some of the seafood of the world.
It will be a long time before I read enough of this cookbook to write a review of the work as a whole. The one recipe I have tried, however, was quite a success -- a new (to me), simple, and delicious way to prepare scallops. See my recipe blog post for details.
A perusal of the book as a whole reveals it as richly and uniquely illustrated, and conveying a strong sense of appreciation for the kind of market food lovers most value.
