Jazlyn is a successful event planner whose main goal in life is to honor God in her work. But when Christmas approaches this year, Jazlyn’s heart tells her that it wants to find one thing in her a soulmate. When Jazlyn is tasked with working with a handsome youth minister at her church, maybe she’ll discover that God performs some of His best miracles during the holiday season!
The story of Jazlyn and Marlon had numerous twists and turns as the navigated their highs and lows of life. Their bond had been tried by former relationships, unrequited feelings and trust of what God for them. Marlon had had his heart broken in the past so his trust of Jazlyn being sincere in her feelings caused him to almost dismiss them connection. Jazlyn had her doubts at different times as well. In the end those twits turned them to each other.
I'm sorry the length of this book did not match how this story could have unfolded. As Christmas stories go, it was sweet, as was the ending love story. I've read so many of her other books, and enjoyed most, but this one was disappointing as far as how the story unfolded.
