All the love you deserve is a story of three young individuals Puja,Arush and Sujit who went through a lot while they were locked in their homes. While things have started to change for the three, there are some haunting ghosts of the past they bring with them. Whether it's the long-distance relationship of Puja and Arush, Sujit learning from the loss of a dear one or Arush caught in a creative rut. The book travels through their lives introducing new characters, sometimes showing us a door of opportunity or sometimes showing the mistakes one can make in new circumstances.
.
This book will hit very close to home. The book has an easy flowing narrative which attaches you to the three POV the author brings to us and what they feel within is a feeling we all have felt in the last few years.
Preeti Shenoy's relatable writing and carefully crafted and realistic characters keeps you invested throughout the book and if you are in your early 20s then you should definitely pick this book up or as I told one of my friend today of its relatability and a universal book that should be read by everyone above 16 years.
.
This book will make you cheer for each of the character and though you would want to love them all equally there will be that one character that will stay behind with you.I admire the way Shenoy has addressed the class difference between the characters and how overnight things changed. There is an element of identity that she introduces through Arush's character but not limited to just that.
The ending would definitely leave you wanting more and what directions the characters took. Since Puja and Arush were already introduced in the book "When Love Came Calling" by the author this book will bring you a Puja and Arush you haven't seen. I personally leaned towards Puja in the beginning of the book but ended up with Sujit being my favourite character because of the maturity and the evolution his character goes through.Oh don't worry you can read this book as a standalone too.

Was a fun light read. Enjoyed the overall story, but the first 30% of the book was a complete bore if I’m being very honest. One thing that ticked me off a lot was that there were many grammatical error’s. Also, the ending didn’t lead to any closure and was quite disappointing.

The pandemic was a point in time which changed a lot of our lives also impacted our way of looking at the world. Bringing the characters from When Love Came Calling back into the story, but post-pandemic was an interesting aspect of the story because when we met them in the first book, they were young, living in a world which was unstoppable, until it stopped and forced us to relook at our life. Preeti tells us the story of what happens after the grand gestures and life moves ahead. She explores the idea of perceptions and how their actions make a place in our minds. Each of our three protagonists challenge the perceptions they have of each other. Taking people from three distinct backgrounds, she also explores the cultural, financial and ideological divide and weaves a wonderful story through it. The interactions between Puja and Sujith were interesting, especially the way it is written and presented from both their perspectives. The very first moment they meet was perfectly presented. Another interesting moment was when Puja starts her job. I think that was an important message that the author presents in the book about the difference between perception and reality, and how it can hit hard when we are not ready for it. Sujit’s perseverance in pursuing what he wants was another interesting aspect that excited me as a reader. Arush’s story this time took an interesting turn and his story presents a question to the reader which he himself ponders, which points to a cultural shift in times that Preeti explores and as we see the chapter where the paths of Arush, Puja, Naomi & Jenna cross, the question almost stands out like a milestone on that crossroad.

Moving from the messaging to the storytelling, I have always admired Preeti’s storytelling and it is almost like a comfort read which tells you story of its people (not just characters, mind you!) with simplicity yet complexity and each page lets you have fun with the book. The story moves organically and you become involved with the plot and each moment in the story becomes your own. The climax of the story was well written, and I might differ from the other readers, but that scene where the all come together was something out of a movie and really was a turning moment in the plot.

ATLYD is primarily a character driven story and the actions of our characters drive the plot forward. Right from Puja, Arush and Sujit to Benny and Sashi, the characters are an integral part of the storytelling. Each character gets time to develop and while we have met the trio before, this time there is a visible change in their emotions and the way they react to life. Another interesting was that Preeti uses the Pandemic as a character and how it changed the lives of the people in the story.

Overall, All the Love You Deserve is a wonderful story of love, life and second chances that deserves all the love it can get. For anyone looking to read a story that inspires, this is a definite recommendation. The book scores a 4.94/5 for me.

Preeti Shenoy is an author whom I feel that everyone can read anytime. And this newly published book is not an exception.

All The Love You Deserve by Preeti Shenoy is the story of Puja, Arush, and Sujit. Puja and Arush are in a long-distance relationship. They are finding ways to make this work but there are complications, and the pandemic is making things more complicated. Meanwhile, Sujit is trapped in the troubled past which is linked with Puja. What will happen when the three of them try to make their lives work having a deep impact on each other? Read the book to know more.

This book is the sequel of When Love Came Calling but this book can be read as standalone as well, like I did. However, after reading this, I want to read the former as well.

The book beautifully depicts that finding passion, love, and happiness is a journey, an ever-changing dynamic process that evolves with time for each one of us. And how it comes at different times for different people. All three main protagonists have their journeys, struggles, and ways of dealing with them, which are real and relatable.

Each character's relationship with the other, their parents, siblings, and people around them evokes so many emotions. If this story and the people there can say one thing, it would be— To make mistakes, and fall apart, but do not give up and keep trying. And that's all I can say about them.

Dr. Harsh is a character that everyone wants in their life. Every moment when he comes into the story makes it a memorable one. The theme of mental health is represented very well and carves a way for the readers to be more human!

I loved the characters of Divya and Vihan as well. They have such an interesting story and I would love to see more of them. Dear author, can we please expect a book on their story soon?

The ending of the book is the most beautiful thing that can happen. I loved the way the author kept the story so real, grounded, and relatable, making the reader feel a personal connection with the characters. The problems of the pandemic and the situations that people go through were very well depicted and I am glad that the author included that.

This book came to me when I was not able to read any book and was struggling to find a read that could make me flip the pages. And this book did exactly that. I finished reading it in a day, which could have been in a sitting if not for academics. And I loved reading this.

Puja, Sujit, and Arush's characters are written in such a way, that they are going to be with me for a long time. And so is their journey. If I start to tell you more about them or their story, I know I wouldn't be able to stop without giving spoilers, so I am leaving it to you to read it and see for yourself why I love them so much. It's a 5/5 for me.

All the Love You Deserve weaves an impeccable narrative around the lives of Puja, Arush, and Sujit, three individuals entangled in the complexities of post-pandemic life. Preeti Shenoy's storytelling prowess shines as she delves into their struggles, relationships, and self-discovery.

The book artfully navigates the challenges faced by Puja and Arush in their long-distance relationship, capturing the essence of the hurdles that time and distance can impose on love. Sujit's journey, caught between a troubled past and an uncertain present, adds depth to the narrative, creating a character that resonates with maturity and evolution.

Shenoy's relatable writing and realistic character portrayals effortlessly drew me into the intertwined lives of these three protagonists. The narrative introduced new characters, opportunities, and mistakes, mirroring the unpredictable nature of life during and after lockdowns. The easy-flowing storytelling connected me with the characters' emotions, making the book a relatable journey for someone who has grappled with similar challenges in recent years.

Addressing class differences and the abrupt changes that life can bring overnight, Shenoy added a layer of identity through Arush's character, expanding the scope beyond a typical love story. The book's universal themes make it a compelling read for a wide audience, especially those in their early twenties who can find echoes of their own experiences within its pages.

While the book can be read as a standalone, it also offers a fresh perspective on familiar characters, Puja and Arush, from "When Love Came Calling." The ending leaves readers yearning for more, eager to discover the directions these characters take.

All the Love You Deserve is a heartfelt and relatable tale, filled with life lessons and hope. Preeti Shenoy's masterful storytelling and well-crafted characters make it a recommended read for anyone above the age of 16, resonating with its universal themes and relatability.

Thank you to Preeti Shenoy for providing me an ARC of this book in exchange of an honest review.

Lovely review of an impressing book ahead ⚠️
Book name:- All the love you deserve
Author:- Preeti Shenoy (My favourite author)
Genre:- Contemporary fiction
Pages:- 236
My rating:- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (I will rate it even more if I have a chance)

❤️ I want to tell the world how happy I am right now, completing reading this heart touching book 'All the love you deserve'. I need not say that this is a sequel to the award winning novel 'When love came calling' which is my absolute favourite!

❤️ First of all, I am so happy to meet my favourite characters Arush and Puja again. I am in the same ship as them looking for motivation in life, searching for jobs and waiting for the love to make them feel like they deserve it. And Sujith's character is perfectly portrayed turning and tuning his bad past into a hopeful and bright future.

❤️ After years of reading a perfect book, making it my favourite, waiting for this sequel from the moment the author declared and finally completing reading it, I call this a perfect sequel to 'When love came calling'. I loved reading each chapter in 3 point of views of Arush, Puja and Sujith.

❤️ I know these characters are fictitious, but still I feel like they exist somewhere. I related so much with Puja and Arush (You know that Arush is my fictional crush because you heard it in my review of 'When love came calling').

❤️ Preeti Shenoy's books are always my comforting reads. I love her books so much and I am super happy to have this lovely book in my bookshelf now.

❤️ Now, I am eager to know what happens after this, because there will be a sequel to this too and I can't wait to know whom Puja choose (I know she chooses Arush but I want to know the drama happened to make her get a clarity over her love).

❤️ The elements like persuading clarity over life, living apart even in love and the importance of giving a second chance are perfectly balanced in the story.

❤️ A great book for everyone. You will definitely thank me for recommending it after you read it, I am sure!

Just when you think life is set, what if it's split back to broken pieces

Rating: 4.5 stars

I love Preeti Shenoy books, not just because of the Indian narrative, but because she subtly adds psyche elements to the story to make it a vibrant potpourri of raw, real emotions and feelings. I preordered this book as soon as it was up for sale.

This book was no different. I mean the story tangent is different, but her storytelling was top notch. I fell into the book hook line and sinker.

This book follows up to 'When Love Came Calling', which I had loved too. It was good to be back into that world. I was always curious about Sujit, because he was yet another complicated shell of a character, and my curiosity was fully satisfied. In fact, he became my favourite here.

The narrative was beautiful, highlighting the emotions of Puja, Sujit and Arush's needs and wants, also to what extent can they go to get them.

Another highlight was character awareness. The characters knew something felt off, how they felt when that thing transformed into real life with consequences, and how they learnt and processed it, was an interesting arc to read.

This was one of the books where I was still lost in that world even after I finished reading, so that was something.

Book Recommendation - Hell Yeah

All the Love you deserve is the story of 3 youngsters Puja, Arush and Sujit who are trying to figure out life alongside coping up with their relationship, career and personal traumas. The story revolves around pandemic and post-pandemic time. It beautifully narrates the drastic changes faced by the characters during Pandemic and the way they evolved from it

Preeti Shenoy's story telling is top notch and places us directly in the shoes of the characters. As always, She has portrayed the mental health elements so beautifully. She has also explained the complexities of long distance relationships. I personally liked the way she handled the character development part without any rush

After "Life is what you make it", this became my favourite book of hers. Personally, I leaned towards the Puja character in the beginning, but in the later part, character development showed by Sujit from his troubled past to a matured person caught my attention. Dr. Harsh is a character we all want in our life especially during vulnerable times. Overall, A beautiful contemporary fiction. The book doesn't have a proper ending but that's what life is..Unpredictable.

This book is relatable for anyone who has been through a lot during the pandemic and people in their 20's will surely enjoy the plot. Happy reading.

Life may not be fair for everyone, but giving and taking a second chance is an important lesson. This is the message I took away from the book 💚.

While this book isn't my all-time favorite compared to the author’s previous work," When Love Came Calling", it still holds its own. The storyline is quite simple, revolving around the lives of three young adults in their early 20s, living in the aftermath of COVID-19.

PUJA, AYUSH, and SUJITH are the three characters, each struggling to find their purpose while managing family, relationships, and emotions.

PUJA and AYUSH are in a committed relationship, despite being separated by distance. The novel beautifully portrays how challenging long-distance relationships can be, especially when communication falters💝.

SUJITH, who has been given a second chance not only in life but also with his past, struggles to make things right with Puja🤐.

As you might have guessed, the story becomes a love triangle towards the end. But don’t you want to know how it all ends?🤔

Toward the conclusion, the plot takes an unexpected twist, which I found hard to digest. Nonetheless, I appreciated how the author developed the storyline, and since most of the story takes place in Kerala, my hometown, it was even more enjoyable to read 💚.

All The Love You Deserve is a beautiful story of young love, hope and second chances - not just in love but most importantly in life!
It’s the story of Puja, Arush and Sujit - each trying to make sense of their lives in the post pandemic world, their transition into adulting and Hey! No one said it would be easy, right?

What I loved the most?
The start itself talking about grief, mental health was a big winner for me.
The growth of these characters - making life-changing choices, taking bigger risks and stepping out of their comfort zones. Especially Sujit - a character I didn’t like much in the first book but was amazed by his transformation.

Kudos to the author for giving us this feel-good story with such amazing characterisation.

Read this, if you love/like/enjoy:
- Love Triangles & Young Love
- Multiple POVs: It’s got 3!
- Short Chapters
- A page turner and writing that keeps you engaged throughout.
- Redemptions arcs!

I would absolutely recommend reading the first book - “When Love Comes Calling” - to get to know these characters and their history which will definitely help you cherish their growth and journey in the second installment!

All the Love You Deserve is a sequel to "When Love Came Calling". It is in continuation but can be read as a standalone according to me.

It follows the story of three young individuals who are on the path of finding themselves. Puja is lost and confused about what she should do after the pandemic. Arush helps his family in the business but his heart is elsewhere. Sujit has decided to become a different person after whatever wrong he did in the past. He is also navigating his way through life.

Puja and Arush are in a long distance relationship but it's been over two years that they have seen each other. A lot has changed during and after the pandemic. Will their love survive the test of time?

I remember enjoying "When love came calling" because it was so fresh and inspiring. The sequel is inspiring equally but it doesn't have characters who everyone would like. I don't know but Puja and Arush seemed to have no chemistry at all between them. Whatever was there, felt forced. I loved the character of Sujit for many reasons and remains to be my favourite character. I would love to read a separate story of him some time soon.

Preeti Shenoy's work has always inspired me and this book was no different. It kept me curious and excited to know what happens with the characters. I loved the setting of the book and the vibe of Kerala.

I would recommend it.

Every takeoff is optional...Every landing is mandatory

Genre- Contemporary fiction
Published by @westland_books
Pages 235

The pandemic had changed a lot for Puja, Arush and Sujit.

Sujit is trying to heal himself from the troubled past. He had got puja into trouble and now wanted to make things right. After his father's demise he is now trying to help his Amma run the house by selling fish curry and rice.

Puja is in a long distance relationship with Arush who stays in UK. Things are not great between them and they are trying to make it work. At the same time she is thinking whether she should forgive Sujit.

Post pandemic Arush's life seem to be tied to his aunt's restaurant and his parents saree shop as their financial condition was not good. He had stopped painting which he loved the most. When he gets a job offer, he is in dilemma whether he should accept it or continue helping with family business.

As the three of them are trying to find out what they actually want and are struggling to stay afloat, alongside they try to maintain their friendship, relationship and cope with their own grief.
__

I like reading books which have a lot to offer in learning in terms of life, love, friendships and relationships.

This tale is brimming with life lessons, raw emotions, hope. There are various emotional aspects and life lessons covered in the book. The author has beautifully highlighted the emotions of each character - the feeling of helplessness, jealousy, waiting, expectations, anger, coping with grief etc. and i like the emotional maturity presented. She tries to portray life situations post pandemic...how it had affected the people, their business, job and relationships which makes it a very relatable read. The writing and the narration is quite catchy, making it a fast paced read. The book doesn't have a happy or sad ending but thats what life is...Unpredictable. and i like how the author has kept it real.

Preeti Shenoy's "All The Love You Deserve" is a captivating novel that transcends its connection to "When Love Came Calling." Even without prior knowledge, I was swept away by the book's raw realism. Shenoy's masterful storytelling style places you directly in the shoes of her characters, a diverse cast that mirrors the vibrant tapestry of Indian society. Their joys and sorrows leap off the page, making you ache alongside them and celebrate their triumphs.

The descriptions are nothing short of transportive. I felt the sun-baked earth beneath my feet as Puja seems to run up a long distance phone bill and Arush can't decifer signals. Shenoy's evocative prose paints a vivid picture of every scene, drawing you deeper into the story with each turn of the page.

Just when you think you know where the plot is heading, Shenoy throws you a curveball, sending you down a thrilling new path. The characters, each flawed and relatable, weave in and out of the narrative, their stories intertwining in unexpected yet satisfying ways.

The book's Southern setting is more than just a backdrop; it's a living, breathing character in itself. Shenoy's descriptions evoke a powerful sense of nostalgia, transporting me back to a simpler time and making me yearn to step right into the pages.

Tropes:
Love triangle
Multiple POV’s
Redemption
Second chance

I’ve read @preeti.shenoy books back in my college days and I was glad when @tandemcollectiveglobal gave me this opportunity to read and review her new book which is about to release on November 17th 2023.

I loved how the book touched base on topics like love, loss, hope and second chances. The characters were beautifully depicted and you get a nice mental image of Indian culture as you read through the chapters. The images of Varkala, Kayaking, fish curry are still fresh on my mind.

The redemption arc’s and topics of mental health were a winner and I loved how the character development where portrayed without any rush. I do wish there was more towards the end to see who the main character ends up with. I’m hoping there will be book 2 in future. Overall, an easy page turner that will warm your heart.

This is a sequel to Preeti Shenoy’s When Love Came Calling. So you get to see Arush and Pooja along with Sujit, Pooja’s parents, Sashi, etc in this book. Arush and Pooja are navigating a long distance relationship in a post-pandemic world. The distance and their insecurities are proving to be difficult on them. Added to this their personal struggles with family and self. Sujit on the other hand has his own troubles as he lost his father during the pandemic and is now responsible for his mother and siblings.

The book is all about how the three of them solve their inner turmoil while also balancing their responsibilities. It is a fast paced book and well-written.

However the ending left me wanting for more. I can understand that the author is indicating how relationships and priorities can change as you grow older and how this can leave a lot to speculations and time. But I would have been happier if the story ended at a more solid ground.

I love this book so much! If you love the author's previous works, you're in for a joyride.

The story revolves around three youngsters finding their footing in the world post-COVID. They come from different social strata, live in different places, and have done wrong by each other, yet their destinies are interconnected.

You can pick up any incident from the book to stir conversation. The intricacies of everyday life are portrayed with unmatched tenderness. There's also a lot to learn.

I last read a Preeti Shenoy book in school. Her stories felt like a comforting embrace. It's been years, and I'm back in the same zone with this book.

If you love tales from everyday Indian life, this is the book you need to pick up this Diwali.

All The Love You Deserve continues the narrative introduced in When Love Came Calling, exploring the lives of Puja, Arush, and Sujit in the aftermath of the pandemic. While rooted in the events of the first book, this sequel is crafted to be accessible as a standalone, ensuring that readers can fully engage with the characters' stories even without prior familiarity.
.
The book features a smoothly flowing narrative, and the author's relatable writing, coupled with meticulously developed and authentic characters, will captivate your interest from start to finish. The conclusion undeniably left me eager for more, curious about the paths the characters would choose. Anticipating the next installment, I highly recommend picking up this book if you seek an engaging and breezy read.

" All the Love You Deserve" is a sequel to "When Love Came Calling". As always author @preeti.shenoy has done fantastic work. I loved her narrative part about various places mentioned in this story. And how she described the post-pandemic mindset of the characters in this book. She did a character development of the present generation's mindset, happenings, adults' friendships, and relationships in an amazing way. This is the story of three young people - Arush, Puja, and Sujit starkly from different backgrounds with interviewed fates, fighting for what they value most. What will they have to give up to get what they want?

Can't wait to read the next sequel book to this. Hopefully

As always, it's a great read where Preeti is very descriptive of the places. However, from a couple of her previous books, I haven't been able to like the conclusion of the books. It maybe because she wants to continue to a continuation of the story or is a new style of writing where we conclude the writing. But honestly speaking, if you ever find yourself in a book lull, she is a great author to pick because the language is simple!

Whenever I am going through a reader's block (if such a term exists), I take a Preeti Shenoy book to break it, and every single time it has worked like a charm.

I bought this book, and before delving into it, re-read the first part.

Reading her books is like attending a therapy. There is always something you can learn

A light read. If life is busy and all you are looking for is something light, this is a good one. The story is based in my hometown. I was excited to see many references to food, places etc which are so familiar to me.
