A quick and dirty novella following Luna, who was recently released from prison and reunites with her best friend and new roommate, Adriel. When the two begin living with each other, Adriel explains the only rule of the house is to keep her door locked at night as he suffers from sexsomnia. However, when Luna realizes he won't remember their time together and it won't risk their friendship, she decides to use his condition to help them both out.
Wowee. This was so much fun to read, I loved how dirty it was! I honestly love somnophilia in books and this was done so well, the tension and pining were so amped up with how bad Adriel wanted Luna and how much she wanted to tell him about their late-night sessions. While there is no plot, the sex and kinks make this the perfect filler book for anyone wanting a good time and who enjoys dirty talking, dubious consent, and rough sex all wrapped up in friends to lovers romance.

This had a lot more sex than I anticipated. But, honestly, despite some of the more submissive aspects, was some of the best written sexual content that I’ve seen in a while. Our leads, Ad and Luna, were really explored on this wavelength as Kady Ash made me truly feel their desire, conflict, and ultimate carnal aspirations throughout. The story never tried to be anything more than what it was, but also maintained a strong pace and flow. It could have used a little further development on each character, but not necessarily anything extensive. Again, it found its strong points early on and upheld them, over all else. A solid erotica that will give you the sweats, as well as create some interesting intrigue for you to ponder on. Happy Hump Day (Pun intended)!

Rating this on a novella scale. THIS WAS SO GOOD. I loved the concept. Her being the felon and him pining after her for years was my ish. The smut WAS HOT. I loved it. I liked the story and the chemistry between the two characters and the sleep condition was a fun twist. I wish I got a bit more yearning not just surrounded by lust on both sides and I wish I got a bit more background on both characters but for the amount of pages this was a banger! Sexy and fun and I want a whole book about them. Going to have to check out the authors other stuff💖 I’ll miss the smut haha

He wakes up during the night and finds stuff to hump until he orgasms. Yada yada he f*cks the hell outta Luna - he was asleep, but she was wide awake!! Girl wanted to get hers!!!

This short novella was such filthy, dirty fun! My expectations were pretty low and I was happily surprised not just by how smokin hot it was, but by the quality of writing, the two main characters, and their relationship.

I came across this novella here on my feed when it came out and finally I read. I’m usually not a fan of friends to lovers, but since it was quick and, let’s face it, Adriel was hot, I didn’t mind. This was a quick, dirty read. It didn't have much plot except that they are besties and she's just out of prison and stays with him. Adriel has sexsomnia and usually humps things in his sleep, he warns her to lock his door but one day she gives up on her temptations and that's how the story goes. There's mutual pining, angst and lots of somno(sometimes they are both awake). Eventually, they confess and make it the foundation of their relationship.
I felt like it lacked depth, but otherwise, it was an okay read. Good if you want a short, steamy book.
Recommended if you liked any of the things mentioned above.

You can see how this might be an issue when your best friend is now crashing in your house and you have no control over what happens. The most you can really do is to make sure her door is locked and hope she heeds your warning…
I have never read somno flipped like this and I was honestly slack jawed like fuck off this is really happening?!!! Yh, it’s safe to say I loved every second of it.
If you’re coming for plot, you've come too far 😉. There is mostly erotica in these 98 pages so all the somno girlies: run, don’t walk 🤪

Somnia was a fun, addictive read, and the dedication alone completely lured me in—it set the tone perfectly and made me excited to dive into the story. From there, the book delivered exactly what I was hoping for, especially when it came to the smut. The chemistry was strong, the scenes were well written, and they definitely kept my attention.
I enjoyed the overall vibe of the story and how immersive it felt, even with lighter plot details. The spice was a major highlight and clearly the star of the book for me.
That said, Somnia absolutely succeeds at what it sets out to do. If you’re looking for a steamy read with great chemistry and satisfying spice, this one is well worth picking up.

This was such a fun, quick read. Definitely read this for the smut not the plot. The plot line was still enjoyable, I liked the whole premise of her getting out of jail and going to stay with her guy bestie and he has sex-somnia. This book is purely for vibes so advise you not to go into it with a critical mindset.

This was a fun little novella. I throughly enjoyed the sexsomnia, the somno, the best friend banter but honestly Luna was lowkey pissing me off. Like why wasn’t she jumping at her man, Adriel? It’s been quite obvious he’s liked her for years and girl is like “oh no what if he doesn’t” GIRLLLLL. I need me a best friend like that! 😂 very kinky, very my type.
