✨Arc Review✨

Picks up right where it left off! I highly recommend reading book one first though author does gives little recaps within the first few chapters. I definitely didn’t see the traitor being who they were! I was beyond shocked!!

Holy crap that ending rocked me! One I didn’t see it coming and two it throws the whole story for a loop and makes you question everything!!

I’ll be honest, I read the first line and was completely thrown.

The first book ended with the Prophecy which read ‘A child of three halves, combined of the immortal and hexed, will bring the unity or the destruction of the ancient clans.’

The second opened with talk of pregnancy. No warning, no inbetween, just shouting about how Casey would be the mother of a child of prophecy.

I did end up enjoying it and I was so surprised by who the betrayer was. No one is who they seem to be so you're in for a ride.

Child of Three Halves picks up where Glass witching left off and had me wanting more and more. So many things happening, so many discoveries and shocking events. And let's not forget the unashamed hot and sexy scenes. And the ending? Harlowe Frost has done it again, and I can't wait to read the third book!

I read this book as an ARC reader, my opinions are my own and my review is voluntarily.

If spicy scenes, magic and inclusivity are on your reader check list, then this series is for you. This second part in the Child of Three Halves Saga, follows the pace of the first, with frequent quizzical happenings or dramatic interactions. The characters are light and relatable, complimenting the setting and flow of the story. Keep an eye out for the third part to the series.

Wow, that ending was completely unexpected and I honestly don’t know why.

If you’re looking for LGBT+ representation and a big dose of spice, this is the book for you. Oh, and there are plenty of witches and vampires, too!

I received a copy of this book from the author. I’m leaving an honest review.

WOW.

I didn't see that turn at the end coming at all. Poor Casey, everyone just want to use her to fullfil the prophecy. I really felt sorry for her, and with all the other crap she had to go through with her friends. Oh what a loop the story took at the end though. Loved it.

I really enjoyed Child of Three Halves. The exposition was done in the previous book and it made this book a much faster read knowing the background of this world and the character relationships. There were so many intriguing developments in this installment, and it made the book a page turner for me. I really enjoyed the lens on gender through the story's development, especially as an ally and the parent of a trans person. The book ends on a huge jaw dropping revelation, so I am REALLY eager to read the next book!
