This is a completely irrelevant review and I'm sharing that so anyone seeing my star rating will know how useless it is. I had a rare bout of terrible classic insomnia (staring at the clock going oh god I'm not asleep I will be so tired and that keeping me awake) so I went and found this book--which I got for myself in school years ago because it looked helpful and simple-- which it is. I read this entire book instead of sleeping, was not effective as a go the f to sleep book (which maybe says good things about the writing? It's clear and straightforward and concise) and unsurprisingly a book that I got when I was a student was not relevant to my current knowledge.
